Hello, to all you online auction lovers from Joanie of the Desert!! 

(On eBay, I'm known as desertjoanie) 

Thanks for checking out my About Me page!!

And to go with that theme, guess I should tell you a bit 'about me....so here it is ~
Formerly "Joanie of the North", I was a single mom for over 10 years in Minnesota and became "Joanie of the Desert" almost 5 years ago when I met a musician from Vegas online, got married, and moved here to the Desert!

Back in Miinnesota, I was an Estee Lauder counter manager...a successful venture for many years.  I knew the beauty biz well and enjoyed what I did, but standing on my feet all those years have taken their toll on me.  Since my move to Las Vegas, I have been working online from home.  With my long-time background in sales, eBay was a 'natural' for me and has been a fun challenge during the past few years.

My auctions have included an eclectic variety of interesting items ~  with an emphasis on cool, quality stuff at a very fair price...quick, reliable shipping...and great customer service with a personal touch!  This is not just "selling" to me!  It is a passion of mine ~ to enjoy what I do and in return, make it an enjoyable experience for all who enter my world!
 
The eBay community is addictive and I'll admit being quite an eBay junkie!  I've always loved making new eBay friends, and look forward to many more friendships in the future!
