Shipping Options
Small US orders are usually sent via First Class Mail, in a padded
envelope or small box, with a Delivery Confirmation tracking tag.
Larger US orders are usually sent via
USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground, depending on the size and weight of the package and your
location. All packages include a Delivery Confirmation tracking tag, or
other tracking number.
There are no universal rules for International Shipping.
Small orders can usually be sent via inexpensive, standard First Class
International Mail, in a padded envelope or small box, but the
cost of shipping larger orders (more than 4 pounds total weight) is often
extremely high. The "tracking
number" option for packages sent via the regular postal system is
Registered Mail, which currently costs $12 US. Registered Mail is an optional
service, paid by the buyer, and is NOT included with our standard shipping
charges, unless it is specifically stated in your invoice. Tracking information
is included with the cost of specialty services such as Global
Express Mail, UPS, and/or FedEx.
All international
packages will include the required customs forms and declarations, which will
state the actual amount of your purchase. Please do not ask us to alter the
purchase amount shown on the customs forms, because that is a criminal act. All
import fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer, and are NOT
included in our shipping charges.
We
recognize that different circumstances can mandate different shipping needs and
arrangements, and we will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate every
customer. Depending on the size, weight, and value of your purchase, there are
often many shipping choices available. If you do not see the option that you
want, or if you have any other shipping-related questions, please e-mail
us.

prices quoted are in US Dollars.
For South Carolina residents, product purchases (but not
shipping charges) are subject to 8.0% Sales Tax.
We accept
Paypal Account payments, credit card payments, and eChecks thru PayPal.
Effective in January, 2009, eBay will no longer allow merchants to list money
orders or personal checks as acceptable forms of payment. All orders
will be shipped upon receipt and validation of payment, usually within one
business day.
Return
Policy
Due to
the wide variety of products that are sold by Oasis Trading Post, Diamond Sports
Gems, and Diamond Software, there is no single "returned item" policy. You must
assume that any item is sold "as-is" unless other arrangements are
made prior to purchase.
Bidding Restrictions
If any prior transaction with
Oasis Trading Post, Diamond Sports Gems, or Diamond
Software was handled
in an unsatisfactory manner, or your eBay Feedback history contains Neutral
and/or Negative entries, we reserve the right to cancel your bids without
warning. This includes any winning bid placed at the last moment.
