ABOUT US:

We are located in Myrtle Beach, SC, and have 3 huge stores where we get
our merchandise daily. Our WEST store, located on Hwy 501 between Conway
and Myrtle Beach is the hub for processing our online sales, and most of
handling of emails and billing. Our North Myrtle Beach store specializes in
antiques, and collectibles.
Our south store in Surfside Beach is our oldest store and brings in tons of everything.

Contacting Us
While we do our best to describe our items as much as possible,
we realize that sometimes our Ebay customers might still have a question
about them. At this time we are receiving over 100 emails every day.
We are working on a system of answering emails once per day, with the
cut-off being at 10am. First thing in the morning, we start processing
those emails that have arrived since the prior morning. It takes nearly
the entire day to get through that 24 hours worth.
You will receive an email from us through Paypal with our payment terms and
other things you need to know. It takes about an hour after the auction for
this to be generated.

Games and DVD's are a flat $5, and will be mailed. Please allow 7-14 days to receive these. We try very hard
to ship within 4 BUSINESS days...this does NOT count the weekend. Please
do not email us before you've allowed time for this. If you have a
question about an item where the auction is over during the same day, you
will have to call the store listed in the auction description.
Our sales people will help you as quickly and efficiently as possible,
and your question won't go unanswered until the next morning. If item is $200 and over there will be a $2.25 signature confirmation charge.

Payment Requirements
Most of our customers are the best we could ask for! But as with everything
else, there are always the few that ignore the rules and never pay for
the auctions they've won. Because of this, we must insist on receiving
your payment in 8 days, or we will relist the item and proceed with the
non-paying bidder action that Ebay advocates. It's a shame that sellers
have to do this, but it isn't fair to the buyers who pay so quickly when
others get by with waiting for several weeks or not paying at all.
Appropriate feedback will be given in each case.

RETURNS AND OUR WARRANTY
We have a SEVEN DAY guarantee on everything we sell online.
When you get your item, please inspect it immediately for damage or
missing items. We CANNOT be responsible for any problem you find after a
week's time unless you have notified us of this WITHIN ONE WEEK of receiving
it. Please do not ask or expect us to accept video games or movies for
replacement or refund unless it is within this time limit or they are
defective. If defective, we will refund your shipping charges both ways.
If not defective but we have somehow mis-represented the item, or you have
bid in error, we may refuse to take it back, or require you to pay a
10% RELISTING FEE. ($5.00 minimum!)  We will not refund shipping unless the item
is defective or we have been negligent in some way.

You will need to email us to explain the problem. When we receive
your item back, we will review the contents. If it is intact and the return
is legitimate, we will cheerfully give you a refund. Please do NOT return
the item before you contact us, as it will
seriously delay any refund or exchange that you might be entitled to.
Also, we are NOT responsible for damage done to the item AFTER you receive
it. Damage in shipping will be handled by UPS, and your refund will be sent
as soon as they review the case and issue the insurance reimbursement.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

HOW WE SHIP
All shipping quotes in the auctions are estimates. We are registered UPS shippers.For anything over $100 insurance will be .50 per $100.00. (Except for games and Dvds.) UPS will email you a tracking # once they receive shipping information from us. We include a small handling fee to cover the
cost of our shipping clerks, and the materials used. We try to be as fair
as possible on these charges, but they may be higher than someone selling
out of their home and using the postal service for shipping.

UPS CANNOT GO TO AN APO, PO BOX OR MILITARY BASE!

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you've won multiple items, we MAY be able to combine the shipping.
This can only be done when the items are from the same store.
Check the store code (Located in the auction title in parentheses like (N) to see if they
are the same. If not, please do NOT pay for them together. We cannot
combine these items at all, as they are located miles apart in separate
locations.

If they have the same store code, and are games or movies, you may pay $5
for the first item and $1 for each extra one in the same shipment.
YOU MUST PAY FOR THEM IN ONE PAYMENT transaction, not separately!
List the item numbers and make a note that you are combining them.

Any other items will have a weight listed. Total all the weights and look
the total up on the above chart. Again, you must PAY FOR THEM IN ONE TOTAL
PAYMENT! Separate payment transactions will NOT be shipped together and you
will end up owing additional shipping!
