Digital Maven Electronics is a small growing business, based in the Springfield metro area, in Massachusetts, 30 miles south of Boston. We specialize in selling consumer electronics to customers in North America, Latin America, Europe, as well as other areas in the world. PRODUCTS
Products are separated into two ( 2 ) catagories
New Items These are units that have been ordered directly from the manufacturer. These items ship direct from the manufacturer with intact factory warranties.
Returns These are units that have been returned to the store by the original buyer. In some cases, we have them serviced by the manufacturer to restore them to full working condition. Store returns pass through the store and at least one warehouse, so the unit may have a few light scratches. If there is any wear above and beyond this, we grade the wear in one ( 1 ) of two ( 2 ) categories:
Excellent Condition ( Open Box )
These items will be in near perfect condition. As they have been handled by the original owner, the store, and our facility, they may have a few very minor scratches - however these demarcations will need to be sought out, and will not be immediately evident upon inspection.
Light Use
Items listed as light use will have minor scratches on the front and back of the unit. However the LCD on these units will not have scratches. These items will be marked, as appropriate.

Digital Maven Electronics offers a Platinum-Standard 30 Day Guarantee on all our products worldwide.
We test each item carefully at our facility. But like all companies, we will on occasion make mistakes about a unit's functionality. In the event we do, please contact us immediately.
We guarantee the item we sell will be the item described on our auction page and that any functional defects will be noted. In the unlikely event of a functional problem, we provide a full and complete refund or an exchange, both at no cost to our customers. You can bid with confidence as we stand behind our products.
Extended Warranty
eBay is partnered with a major warranty company to sell a one-year ( 1 year ) comprehensive extended warranty with our items. The warranty is active at the end of our 30-day guarantee period. We strongly recommend this for extra protection. Please click here to learn more about this program.
Payments and Returns
Unless otherwise stated, we also accept certified checks and money orders. Our contact information will be on the winning bidder's confirmation e-mail. We can also accept wire transfers to our bank account. Please contact us after the auction, to arrange a wire transfer.
We do not accept personal checks. Any personal check received will be shredded to protect your privacy.

Shipping and Taxes
We ship within the United States via UPS Ground. Shipments to APOs/FPOs, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Marianas and the U.S. Virgin Islands may be sent via the U.S. Postal Service at our discretion. Shipping Worldwide is via DHL, the recognized leader in reliable global delivery. We ship to the Caribbean, Central and South America and Europe. We ship to select countries in Asia, Israel and South Africa. Please check with us if you require shipment elsewhere. We cannot ship to the Ukraine, Russia, Indonesia and most countries in Africa for insurance reasons. Please note that DHL assesses a "remote area" fee if you are not near a city. We will contact you if this fee is due for your shipment.

Delivery time via UPS Ground ranges from 1-6 business days.
Shipping via USPS Global Express Mail is 1-5 business days worldwide to the country.
We fully insure all our shipments to ensure smooth delivery. All our shipments have a tracking number ( UPS ) or delivery confirmation number ( USPS Global Express Mail ). We will send you this number once your package ships.
Taxes
Sales tax of 5% may apply for Massachusetts residents. International buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government. Please check to see what these are prior to purchase, so you are fully aware of the potential cost. Due to U.S. regulations, we cannot ship items as gifts or as a sample.
