This guarantee is only valid on scratches that are not into the data portion of the disc and does not cover discs that are smashed, cracked, punctured, or have damage into the data portion of the disc. You can check for damage to the data by holding your disc to the light. If you can see light through the data, it has been damaged and is not covered by the lifetime promotion.

What if my item hasn't arrived?
Most items arrive within 10 days of us receiving payment. If your item has been lost or stolen we will send a replacement after minimum transit time of 28 days has elapsed. We use delivery confirmation on all orders and cannot send replacements on orders that are reported as delivered.
