Sales Policy
We only accept PayPal.
Item must be paid within 7 days after winning auction.
It costs us money and brings us lots of inconveniences when buyers do not pay, therefore we will leave negative feedback if item is not paid within 7 days of winning auction.
If you are purchasing multiple items from us, it is recommend that you pay for them together so we can combine shipping for multiple items. An invoice for all items combined will be provided upon winning all bids for items of interest. This saves you and us money. If multiple items are paid for separately, we reserve the right to combine shipping for them and will not reimburse the difference in shipping fees.
Fees
An additional 8.25% California State Tax on the cost of the product will be charged to California residents. Buyer will cover all customs duties or taxes where applicable

* If you order different album types, heavier items will be counted first in the estimation of shipping fees. For instance, if your order destination is in Canada and includes one of each type of albums, it will be calculated as follows:

Shipping fees will not exceed USD$50 regardless of order size or delivery destination.
International orders (Canada included) will be charged insurance at a rate of USD$1.30 for every USD$100 worth of products. For US orders insurance is optional and recommended (otherwise we will accept no responsibility for lost or damaged item).
Delivery
US residents, please allow 2-5 business days before receiving item(s).
For international buyers, a waiting period of 7 to 10 business days should be expected according to the USPS air mail service. On rare occasions, it may take longer during periods of tighter security inspections and prolonged clearance time by customs at international destinations. Please contact us if order has not been received in 30 days after receiving confirmation of shipment.
Refunds & Returns
We will ONLY exchange defective items. A refund will be given only if we are out of stock for the same title of the defective item. Only the cost of the item will be reimbursed, not the shipping fee. Buyer must request refund within 7 days of receiving product and wait for response from us. Upon authorization, buyer will cover the entire cost of shipping and handling to return defective product to us. Buyer must also cover all shipping costs for exchange of defective item. If CD case is damaged when received, we will send another case for free with next purchase.
