Authorized Factory Rep   

I am an authorized factory rep for several factories.  Most of my auctions are for items that come to you directly from the factory.  I also have a non-ebay store, Distinctive Home and Garden, which carries many items not found in my e-bay store or any of my auctions, including Sunjel Portable Ventless Fireplaces and CaluTech UV Duct Light Systems.

Product Availability

I do my best to ensure there is sufficient factory stock prior to beginning an auction, however, due to seasonal high demand, there is the potential for this item to sell out prior to completion of the auction.  This rarely happens, but it does occasionally happen.

Should this occur, you will be offered the choice of an immediate refund, or wait for this item to be back in stock, which normally happens fairly quickly.  Please keep this in mind when making your purchase, and if you are bidding on an item that you need quickly, please e-mail me prior to the close of auction to confirm product availability. 

Shipping Information

My goal is to provide you with some of the quickest shipping on e-bay.  I know that when I make an online purchase, whether it be on e-Bay or anywhere else, I want to receive my purchase as quickly as possible.  I apply these same principals to my auctions.

Your satisfaction is my primary concern.  Should you not be happy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of receipt.  A Return Authorization will be issued and you will be provided with instructions on how to return your item.  Only the purchase price is refundable, shipping in both directions is not.

Your item must be returned via UPS or FedEx, insured, and must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.  Item must be in original, resellable condition with all manuals, parts, pieces, and packing materials included.  Once your item has been returned and I have verified that it is in resellable condition, you will be issued an immediate credit of the purchase price (less shipping in both directions).
