Hi there! I've been an Ebay member since 1998. I sell mainly plus-size women's clothing, but I will occasionally sell men's, juniors, shoes, and lingerie as well. I was born and raised in Northern California, and I'm still here :-) Thanks for looking at my page!

This page will outline my general policies.

PAYMENT: At this time, PayPal is the only accepted form of payment permitted by Ebay. I will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for those wishing to remit alternative forms of payment. Please ask BEFORE buying anything. Additionally, payments are due immediately upon purchase. I am phasing out my payment grace period. If you are able to click a mouse button to buy the item, you are just as capable of paying for it through PayPal right after. If you wish to purchase more than one item, please send me a message. I require Immediate Payment, and that can complicate things if you wish to buy more then one item. Contact me prior to purchase, and I will modify the listings as required to make checkout easier. If you don't want to wait, just purchase everything, and I will refund the overpaid shipping to you when the items are shipped.

SHIP TIMES: Please be advised that I work long hours in emergency services, and I am only able to ship once or twice a week! If you need something shipped right away, PLEASE CONTACT ME! I will do what I can to get the item(s) shipped out the next day. Should there be any unreasonable delays, I do my best to keep buyers updated.

If you buy from me, I expect you to fulfill your obligation to complete the transaction. I will file Unpaid Item Disputes to recoup my losses and fees should you choose to not honor your end of the bargain. I do not remove strikes once placed.

SHIPPING: My shipping charges include not only the cost of postage, but packaging and mailing materials to ensure you receive your item clean, dry, and in its advertised condition. And yes, there is a small handling charge built into the shipping cost. I'm not going to stuff your wadded-up item in a flimsy envelope and pray it gets there. All items are cleaned, and typically shipped out in a ziploc plastic bag within a poly or Tyvek shipping envelope. I ship out typically within 1 business day. Priority is the quickest method of standard delivery. Parcel post and 1st Class can take 6-8 business days, so please keep this in mind when choosing how you'd like your item shipped, AND when rating my shipping charges and times!

If needed, I offer expedited shipping through FedEx and UPS upon request. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges for these services. I have materials provided by the shipping companies, so I do not charge any handling fees.

BEST OFFER: On many of my items, I have a Best Offer option. I am willing to consider REASONABLE offers. Please do not offer me $1 for something listed at $25. That's just ridiculous. I am here to make a living, not give stuff away. Also, if something does not have a Best Offer option listed, please don't send messages asking for a lower price. I feel my prices are fair. Some items are priced as low as I can go and that's it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I do ship internationally to most countries. Please ask me for a shipping quote, and I will get back to you, usually within 24 hours. The actual shipping cost that I will charge you is usually much lower than the advertised cost. Cost varies by country and weight. I offer 1st Class international (up to 4 lbs), and Priority International.

FEEDBACK: Due to the recent announcements about Ebay policy changes to feedback, I have altered my feedback policy. I will only leave feedback when the buyer has left positive feedback for me. I encourage communication! If you've received something that isn't as described, I want to know about it. I stand by the things I sell. I am a trusted Power Seller, and I take my commitment to those who buy from me very seriously. Numbers don't lie. My feedback and star ratings speak for themselves.

BUYER SATISFACTION: Though I do my best to take detailed pictures, and provide the best description about the garment and its condition, I am human. Occasionally, I will make a mistake. Or, sometimes a buyer just isn't pleased with their item. Please contact me if there are any issues.

RETURNS: I do not typically accept returned items on the basis that they do not fit. I provide detailed measurements in every listing. It is my responsibility to ensure the item is accurately described and pictured. However, the buyer has some responsibility as well. It only takes a moment to measure yourself to make sure a particular garment will work for you. I can't do this for you.

Any other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. I have had only 2 returns in 10 years.

CONDITION OF ITEMS:

I always try my best to provide a comprehensive description in every listing. I want people to make an education buying decision when they purchase something from me. Condition varies, as many of my items are previously worn. This is a rough breakdown of how I determine the condition of the items that I sell:

NWT: New, with tags. This can include tags with markdowns, or slashed prices. Much of my inventory is sourced from wholesale distributors from fine department stores. This includes clearance merchandise which has been previously marked down. It also includes shelf pulls, and overruns, which may or may not have marked down tags.

NEW: This pertains to items I feel are truly brand new and unworn. Some people (including myself) rip the tags off, but never actually wear the item. I am not one of those who claim used items are NEW, or NWOT.

EXCELLENT: The item looks nearly new, or has minimal evidence of wear.

VERY GOOD: Shows some wear, but very little. Very minimal fading, pilling, maybe a broken stitch.

GOOD: Definitely a used item. Heavier fading, pilling, and wear, but still an item in wearable condition. May have minor flaws.

FAIR: Item shows significant wear. May have small spots, stains, tears, or holes. May require additional cleaning or repair. I minimize the sale of items in FAIR condition, because there's a fine line between fixing something and just throwing it out. Most times, an item in this condition is something worth rescuing like a cashmere sweater, or something that can be layered under another top.

POOR: An item in POOR condition is pretty wrecked. If I list something in this condition, it's usually for cutting purposes only.

Buyers who practice feedback extortion, play games, and/or leave unwarranted neutrals or negatives- rest assured that not only will *I* block you, you will also be blocked by the countless thousands of sellers I network with on a daily basis, and reported to the appropriate authorities of any suspected fraud, or underhanded activities. I work very hard, and will be very vigilant about keeping Ebay a fair, ethical trading marketplace.

Hello, and welcome to the Diva Lounge! If you are reading this, you are probably aware that I am an Ebay seller. I have been registered on Ebay since 1998, but it wasn't until mid-2005 that I really took a chance, made some investments, and began offering a substantial range of clothing. My main focus is on plus-size women, especially women in the size 4X and up range. It can be very difficult and frustrating to find clothing over a size 3X that not only fits well, but is stylish and affordable as well. It can be downright heartbreaking. At my heaviest, I was a size 6X, so I truly understand how this feels. This is where I can be of help.

Each one of us are beautiful, unique living creatures. We all deserve to feel pretty, womanly, desireable, stylish, and sexy. This definitely includes us larger women. Not everyone wants to shop at Lane Bryant, or Torrid. Not everyone can afford the expensive (though certainly very beautiful) clothing at Nordstrom or Macy's. Not everyone wants to resign themselves to shopping at a big & tall men's store, or live their life in huge T-shirts and sweatpants. Most department stores have a token plus-size department with clothing that is usually very plain and/or cheap-looking. It's almost as if the manufacturers and retailers want us to blend in and not be noticed. Somen are okay with the selections there, and that's great for them. Many women are not.

The main problems for those outside of the 14-26 range are the following: 1) Very limited retail availability- the only way to find clothes that fit is through catalogs such as Lane Bryant Catalog, Roaman's, and Silhouettes; 2) Increased retail prices. and 3) For some women, mobility can be a hindrance, and shopping from home over the internet is easier and more comfortable.

It has been my goal to be able to sell plus-size clothing for way below the retail price. I want us larger gals to look and feel pretty without breaking the bank. Most of my stock comes from Silhouettes. I am able to sell clothing at the prices I do because I purchase very large quantities. I don't really do this for the money, the ultimate reward for me is getting a message from someone who is really happy with their purchase. One person even told me about how she was ashamed of her size and didn't like to leave the house. She bought a size 5X outfit from me to wear to a party. She said wearing it made her feel so lovely, and she received so many compliments and boosted her self-esteem enough to where she didn't feel so "ugly" anymore, and was more likely to accept invitations, and leave the house.

Though I am not taking any credit for anything, that is a perfect example of why I am a seller here. I merely provide the clothing, and if that is something that can possibly springboard someone into greater self-acceptance, and make a woman feel good about herself (even if I never even know about it)- that is what it's all about. I hope to bring some happiness and joy (however indirectly) into peoples' lives, and will continue to be my mission
