We try to offer all our items on eBay, but sometimes there is an item you would like that we have not listed - if this is the case, e-mail us and we will try to locate it and list it for you in an auction or a buy it now.

Remember, we are a family company, my wife JUDY and myself DAN - and we have gotten to the point of shipping out over 100 packages a day. And answering over 125 e-mails a day. So we are extremely busy - and we try to answer the e-mails as fast as we can. I only ask you - PLEASE READ THE AUCTION COMPLETELY before you e-mail us a question

MOST QUESTIONS CAN BE ANSWERED IF YOU READ THE ENTIRE AUCTION - while I do not mind answering questions and e-mails, some of the questions asked ARE ALREADY ANSWERED IN THE AUCTION

One thing we have been running into is when we send an e-mail with confirmation - the e-mail comes back as e-mail address incorrect. So some of the confrimations do not go out.

If you do need to contact us about the shipping informaiton. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ITEM NUMBER so we can look it up. If you just e-mail us and ask where THIS ITEM IS, we have no ideal of which item you are talking about.
