collectables and new items I have been selling on ebay for a while I had help at first because I knew nothing. I am now selling and sometime buying with out help . I am 73 years old and a widow lady and this gives me a little extra money plus an easier way to earn it as I don't do many showes any more. I try to incourage some of my older friends to try their hand at selling. My friend that helped me in the beginning listed the route to get started and no. 1 item "was turn on the computer" as I new nothing. I still run into problems because I don"t always understand the terms but ebay and pay pal have both been a great help. I have just started selling international and think I will like it.And I am thinking and studying how to have a store.  Most of the older and collectable items have been my collection  But I do sell new item to. Hello again Just to let all my ebay friends that I am still here and still selling on Ebay. Another year has passed and I have reached my 76th year of this life and every year it has been fun and so suprising. I have opened a store with Ebay and I really like it, I wish some day I could go to a Ebay live meeting and make notes so I could grow my store much bigger than it is . I still have trouble with some of the tearms that helop me grow my little business into a big business. I am also selling international and sent out my first item to Spain , can you believe in this age you can meet people from all over the world.Things have slowed down for me a little have gone back into business with a couple of friends and find it is fun to sell to people that come in our door and meet all the new people that love the collectables that I have loved all my life. Just want to tell all the old, young people my age to get out of the house and do something exciting.
