eBay FAQ's

• "Are your prices negotiable?   I will give you XX dollars for these tickets now."

  • No our prices are not negotiable, we strive to offer the lowest prices possible upfront, therefore please do not send us "best offers, unless the "Best Offer" option is in the listing."

• "Do you have other seats for this event?"

  • Most likely yes, and we would be more then happy to set un an auction to suit your needs.  Visit us online to view our entire inventory listings, eBay provides only a "sample" of what we offer.  Simply let us know if we can further assist.

• "Can I sell you my seats or trade tickets with you?"

  • No, for the security of our customer we do not practice in the business of purchasing or trading tickets on the open market.  As a customer this helps ensure when you purchase tickets that are 100% authentic as we only acquire seats through the box office or organization.

• "What are the seat numbers / Can you send me a picture or scan the ticket so I can see if it is real?"

  • No, to ensure the security of our tickets and our buyers seat locations are only given to the winning bidder once the payment has been made.   We will not on any occasion scan or take pictures of our tickets to help reduce fraud.  If you are concerned about dealing with our company, see our feedback, visit us online, or call our office directly to discuss.

• "If the listing does not give the exact section and row what is the exact Section and Row of these seats?"

  • If the listing does not note the section and the row of the seats this is a general seating area listing (this is very common for our concert and theater events.) We have multiple options in this seating area listed within the auction and we will place your seats in the section and row that falls within the listed area based on the accepted offer price and inventory on hand at the time of payment.
