PAYMENT

The only method of payment we accept is PayPal.  Winning bidder agrees to make payment within 7 days of purchase.  If payment is not received within 7 days and no prior arrangements have been made, a non-payment case will be opened and the item will be relisted.

SHIPPING

Items will ship within 3-5 business days of cleared payment.  Our preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground; some items will ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Additional charges will apply for International shipping.  Shipping charges will be combined for multiple purchases.  Insurance is NOT offered on used/recycled parts.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.  Items are available for local pickup during our regular business hours.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of auctions and the associated costs involved, all eBay auction sales are final with no warranty either expressed or implied.  We do NOT accept returns for eBay auction items unless the incorrect item was shipped.  In those instances we gladly exchange your item for the correct one depending on item availability or refund your purchase price.  Items that are returned to us marked "delivery refused" or "undeliverable as addressed" will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.   If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have.
