At this year’s Dwell on Design event, ecofabulous created an interactive experience featuring a beautiful, healthy, sustainable home. Leading sustainable designer and lifestyle expert Zem Joaquin, along with pieceHomes architect Jonathan Davis, showcased the latest in innovative smart design, including energy efficient appliances, water saving faucets, rapidly renewable cork flooring and gorgeous recycled materials – all without sacrificing style.

The showhouse was available for public viewing during the Dwell on Design show June 24-26 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and is now available for auction via eBay Giving Works beginning July 5th, 2011, and ending on July 15 at 5pm PST. Proceeds will be donated to Global Green USA, a non-profit dedicated to fostering a global value shift toward a sustainable and secure future by reconnecting humanity with the environment.
