2008 changed the way feedback is calculated. After 10 years of
working hard we always kept our feedback over 99%. That is one
decade of doing things right over 99% of the time. We take that to
heart and feel we have done eBay and our customers justice. However
eBay has changed the rules and is now calculating neutral (average)
feedback as a negatives and not a neutrals. This change damages our
feedback, damages our credibility and saddens us beyond belief. We
hope you the bidder can see past eBay's changes to feedback and see
how much we believe in doing what is right for our clients and our
bidders and hope our 10-years on eBay, doing things right over 99%
of the time will keep you bidding and trusting in e-Powersellers of
Oregon.
e-Powersellers makes it easy to sell items online!
e-Powersellers was the first office dedicated to providing an effortless and
convenient method for you to sell your items on eBay. Since 2002
e-Powersellers has been helping the community and businesses sell their
items on eBay. Simply bring or ship it to e-Powersellers and we do the rest.
We'll take high-quality, professional digital photographs and write detailed
descriptions of your items. After the sale, e-Powersellers handles custom
packing, shipping, payment and all customer service. You receive a check in
the mail for all your sold merchandise. Could it be any easier?
Once the auction ends, e-Powersellers processes the payment from the winning
bidder. When clears, we pack and ship the item to the winning bidder. We
send out customer payments twice monthly. If you have any remaining items,
you are more than welcome to come pick them up, have e-Powersellers relist
them, or have us donate them to a local charity.
Since 2007 e-Powersellers has changed a few of their
listing polices due to eBay & shipping fees. We no longer accept items
for eBay that have an eBay resale value of under $100 USD. Please
consider this before bringing items into e-Powersellers. We want to get you,
our client the most for their money and with the current eBay and shipping
costs, lower priced items are just not worth the listing value.
Payment policies.
We accept Visa, Master Charge, American
Express & Discover through secure checkout. We also accept Money Orders,
Certified Checks, Cashiers Checks. We accept PayPal through our secure ListQueue
checkout. Please remember that all sales on eBay must go through
ListQueue secure checkout
regardless of payment choice or shipping method.
Due to international fraud we no longer accept PayPal from international
bidders. This policy started January 2007.
Shipping information.
We ship items that are won in a variety of
different ways. It will always be clearly stated in the auction listing. Some of
the shipping methods are USPS, FedEx, DHL & UPS. We also allow you to pickup
completed auctions at our physical location. International bidders are usually
welcome. UPS, FedEx & DHL shipments are always shipped insured.
International Shipping.
We are very happy to ship your win
internationally if offered on that particular auction item. Please
remember we no longer accept PayPal from non-USA accounts / Non USA Confirmed
Shipping Addresses. We will make sure that your purchase does not violate
shipping agreements between the USA and your home country. e-Powersellers
cannot now or ever alter custom forms or documents when shipping your item.
All wins will be listed as merchandise and will be listed on the customs form
for exact win price. Please make sure you know your countries custom
rules. Some have strange rules and your products may never arrive.
Examples we cannot send toys, dolls, leather, playing cards etc.. to Italy.
