Payment Options

We accept:

• PayPal with Buyer & Seller Protection with confirmed addresses
• All Major Credit Cards

Buyers that use PayPal with an “Unconfirmed Address” will have to confirm their purchase with an email or voice verification.


Buyers that use credit cards directly must provide a working phone number. We reserve the right not to ship an item & deny a sale.  Email or voice verification may be necessary to avoid fraudulent activity.

Payment Instructions

Payment is due immediately.  If payment is not received at time of sale, attempts to contact you will occur via email & / or phone. If you do not respond, the following actions will take place:

• An eBay dispute will be filed to collect Final Value Fees
• No feedback will be left for you
• Your eBay user ID will be blocked for making any future purchases from us

Communication is very important on eBay. Please contact us with any issue, we are here to help.

We reserve the right not to fulfill an order if:

·         You do not provide a confirmed shipping address

·         You do not verify a shipping address

·         You use someone else’s PayPal account or credit card

Orders over $500 will require 5 days extra for handling and we may request a copy of a photo ID & credit card.

Sales Tax

New York & California State residents will have to pay sales tax on certain items.
 

Shipping within USA

• We use USPS, UPS & FedEx, with tracking numbers for all packages.  UPS packages are insured up to $100.  FedEx packages are fully insured.  We do not offer additional insurance unless otherwise stated in the listing.
• Handling:
• A small fee is charged for packing material, which is included within the shipping calculator.
• Once payment has been confirmed, your item will be shipped within 2 – 5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
• We are not responsible for damaged items during shipping. If your item becomes damaged during shipment, you can file a claim with the shipping company.

Shipping outside USA

• We use USPS, with a delivery confirmation number that will be provided to you at the time of shipment. We do not offer international insurance, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
• In most cases, we use UPS to ship items to Canada.
• Buyers are responsible to pay duties & taxes within their country as the item passes through the Customs Department. We do not lower the value of the item nor mark the item as gift in order for you to save money on duties & taxes.  So please do not ask.
• Handling:
• A small fee is charged for packing material, which is included within the shipping calculator.
• Once payment is confirmed, it can take up to 10 – 14 business days for your item to arrive, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
• We are not responsible for damaged items during shipping. If your item becomes damaged during shipment, you can file a claim with the shipping company.

Return Policy outside USA

All sales are final and the item can not be returned to us.  All items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, however, not all manufacturers honor the warranty for items sold outside the USA.  Please contact the manufacturer before purchasing an item.

Feedback Policy

Automated positive feedback will be given for eBayers who leave positive feedback for eBronx.  If you leave neutral or negative feedback, we will dispute the validity of it with eBay.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us & give us a chance to solve the issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
