As much as we would like it if this saved us any time on answering e-mails, it does not.
This page exists not for us, but for YOU to get YOUR information faster! 90% of questions are answered below, that means you have your answer NOW instead of the next time someone answers e-mails (only 1-2 times per day). If you do not want to read below, and do not mind waiting for an answer, please feel free to e-mail us from the bottom of the page with the relevant info.

What is the tracking number for my item/order?
Tracking is available on all packages shipped inside the U.S.. If you have tracking on your package, you will receive an e-mail from Paypal or USPS with your information when we print the label. We do not receive a copy of this e-mail, so it is up to you to check your spamfolder, and/or keep a copy of the e-mail in your inbox to track it. If you did not receive this e-mail and cannot find it, PLEASE allow 7-10 business days for first class items to be delivered.

Why are you not you answering my e-mails!?
We answer ALL mail. Hotmail, G-mail, comcast, yahoo, and other e-mail systems put our mail in yoru spam folder.
Please check your spam folder or add "*@ElectricQuarter.com" to your white list.

When was my order shipped?
Via our website, simply login and check your order status.

Via Ebay, Login to your account, go to "My Ebay" Check the items you won section, and see if the status has been upgraded to Paid and/or Shipped. If it has, the date will be listed in the order details. E-mail us accordingly as follows below if you still have any questions. Ebay can be slow when sending out e-mails sometimes.

We send out a shipping notification e-mail when we pack items up, and then your item is shipped out that afternoon, or early the next morning depending on how long it takes for us to pack everything up. If you have NOT received this shipping notification e-mail and it has been more than 3 days since payment was sent, please e-mail us at the link below

E-mail us using ***this link*** And we will get back to you as soon as we can with the status of your order.

Where is my item/How long will it take to get here?
Items are generally sent out 3-5 times per week, If you selected rush or express shipping, it is shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Standard shipping on most items is USPS First class, and can take 3-10 BUSINESS days to arrive after it has been shipped. Tracking is generally updated on the USPS website AFTER it has been delivered or an error has occured with shipment. Orders over 1 Pound are shipped priority mail, and should take 2-5 business days at most after shipping.

PLEASE check the datestamp when you receive your package to ensure that we did indeed ship out in a timely manner, and any delay was caused by USPS, and not us. This is the number 1 problem we have with orders. The USPS is NOT always as fast as generally assumed.

What are your accepted payment methods/payment info?
We accept paypal, cash, Credit Cards, and money orders. Please choose your payment method, and see below for instructions depending on ordering through our ebay auctions, or online store.

Cash, Money order - Please mail payment to the address and name below. Include a note on a separate piece of paper (NOT on the payment or envelope!) with ALL of the following info:

Your full name and mailing address.
Item number(Ebay) or description(Website)
User id (Ebay) or e-mail address (Website)

Paypal - Pay through our website.

Through ebay, you can pay through the auction, or go to www.paypal.com and click "send payment" and fill in all appropriate info. Our paypal ID is below (same as our e-mail address)

Credit Cards - Through our website, this process is automated like any other store on the net.

Through ebay, send us an e-mail with all of the following info:
Full name and billing address
Card Type
Card Number
3 Digit code on the back of the card
Expiration date
You can send this information in 2 e-mails if you prefer to separate the info. Please note there is a $1.00 charge for orders under $20 via credit card!

What about Returns/Refunds?

100% refund of purchase price/exchange guarantee on any item if returned in new condition within 3 days of receipt.

Policy on the used games we sell:
Front and End label are both attached and in tact, but may have marks, wear, or stickers on them. 95% of games are in at least a 7 out of 10 condition. All games are tested before being sent out, but due to age and shipping, are sold AS-IS. If you prefer to see the actual cart you will receive, please purchase through our ebay store HERE

I did not get the EXACT item pictured?
We have multiple suppliers for the same item. Ocassionaly, the retail packing my vary. What this means, is that you are getting the EXACT SAME item both times, but one may be in a yellow box, and one may be in a blue box. If the color or artwork of the retail package is important, please e-mail us first to confirm! The actual item itself will NEVER be different unless clearly stated. If it is, please contact us immediately for a full refund and/or free replacement.

We are neither a "big seller" nor a "small seller", you will get personal e-mail service, but usually after one automated e-mail which answers 90% of all of the questions we receive. This way you do not need to wait on a reply from us, which can take from 2-24 hours depending on the day/time of year, and we DO read every single e-mail before sending an automated reply to make sure the answer IS indeed in the reply you will receive from us. Please feel free to send us as many e-mails as you would like, we are always more than happy to help to the fullest extent that we can, all we ask is that you include your order information WITH your e-mail please.

All Used Items are tested and found working without flaw prior to listing unless otherwise mentioned in the description. All NEW Items are sold as new, and obviously untested since they are still sealed. If game or item is defective, please e-mail us and we will work with you on it, as you can see from our feedback, we stand behind our items and will offer refunds/replacements on new items returned in new, unused condition.

Even with tens of thousands of satisfied customers we must point out that The Electric Quarter is not a retail operation and we are sometimes unable to offer in depth customer support, guarantees, after sale service, or replacements as often as we would like due to the stock on hand and the shipping process. Despite any and all observations by the Electric Quarter your product may not be what you expected or it may need to be cleaned more thoroughly or not be compatible with your operating system. Please carefully consider this information and bid accordingly. Should you choose to decline shipping insurance you accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
You are bidding on the ONE ACTUAL ITEM pictured and listed. Payment is expected within 10 days, Ebay will be notified of nonpayment after 14 days. If there is a delay in payment, just e-mail us, if we do not hear from you, we will relist. International bidders, this will be marked merchandise, we will be very kind on actual value though, E-MAIL US FIRST for a shipping quote if you are unsure.

Our most common NEGATIVE Feedbacks include:
"Why did you charge me so much for shipping ?!"

This is clearly stated in our auctions in the shipping/handling portion above There is a $1.00 packing/handling fee inside the U.S. which includes labels, bubble envelopes, ink, etc.... OUTSIDE the U.S. is $2.50+ handling fee due to forms, customs, and simple inconvenience.

"Seller had no/poor communication."

We send out the following e-mails, through ebay AND paypal e-mail system, to your registered ebay (and paypal) e-mail address. Payment received e-mail, (payment cleared e-mail for e-checks), Item shipped e-mail, Tracking/Delivery Confirmation e-mail, Item checkup/Feedback reminder (if no feedback given after 2 weeks). If you are not receiving at LEAST those e-mails (plus ebay and paypal OWN e-mails to you) then you need to check your spam folder, or ALLOW all e-mails from our e-mail address (which you can find in the auction details, once you have won). We reply to ALL e-mails within 24 hours on most days, and usually within 12 hours. Weekends, holidays, etc... increase time occasionally.

"Why did it take so long to get here? I needed this a week ago!"

First class USPS is SLOW. Yes, it CAN often take up to 2 weeks just to get to NY from NH (roughly 300 miles). International first class can take 2 months in some cases. These are worse case scenarios, but you MUST be aware of them. We offer priority mail shipping, and express mail shipping on ALL of our items for faster shipping. Priority mail anywhere in the world is usually 2-5 days, Express mail is overnight.
We also HIGHLY suggest you check the datestamp on the label. Please do not hold our store accountable for a long shipping time if we got it out within 1-2 days not including weekends, but it took 15 days to ship! International items ONLY SHIP once per week on some weeks.

You will receive verification that your item has shipped via e-mail immediately after we have sent the item out.
We are Constantly adding new items and services to our site, and ebay store, so check back often, things are updated on a weekly basis, if we get a better deal on an item, the prices in my store may change immediately to pass the savings on to you.
