What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. EST or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a Pennsylvania company, we are required by state law to charge 7.00% sales tax when shipping to Pennsylvania state addresses only. What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS.
