Large furniture items ship via freight line which we have discounts with several carriers and shop to find you the best shipping rate. Freight deliveries are curb-side unless you pay for inside delivery.
Unique items such as throne chairs are professionally packed and shipped by Parcel Plus. You will pay them directly for their services.
Smaller items are shipped either with UPS or Airborne Express.
Whatever item(s) you purchase, please include your phone numbers with your payment. When you receive your shipment, please inpect the packaging and notate any discrepencies on the receiving invoice. Concealled damage must be reported with photographic proof within 7 days of receipt. We will file claims with the carrier if you prefer. If you prefer to use your own carrier, we will provide weights for the items of interest, however, Elegant Accents is not responsible for damage to product shipped on carriers arranged by others.
