** PLEASE READ TO HELP AVOID DELAYS AND CONFUSION **
eBay and
breastfeeding have been my business and my passion for the last 8
years. Recently, I've found it necessary to specify some things
as clearly as possible.
*** ESTIMATED
PROCESSING/HANDLING TIME ***
Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days of
"cleared" payment. Please note that eChecks (via
PayPal) must clear before I can ship your item(s), and usually
take 4-5 business days.
*** ESTIMATED TRANSIT
TIMES (does not include Processing Time)***
Please note these estimated *transit* times are based on USPS
website --> Priority: 2-3 days; Parcel Post: 2-10 days;
International: 4-20 days. All times are based on
"business-working days" and once the item(s) has left
my premises. These are ESTIMATES and once delivered to the Post
Office, packages are out of my control.
*** SHIPPING ADDRESS -
PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL ***
I ONLY honor the shipping address provided with your PayPal
payment. I will make an exception ONLY if you correspond with me
AFTER payment is made and it has been expressly acknowledged by
me or my staff. All correspondence made Prior to payment are NOT
ACCEPTED.
*** TRACKING INFO ***
An email is sent to your eBay email address the day your
package is mailed. This information can also be found in your
Transaction details page in your eBay account.
*** URGENT ITEMS ***
If an item is needed urgently, 1) pay for the item(s) and
preferred shipping method; 2) send a ***SEPARATE*** email to me
with the word URGENT SHIPMENT in the subject line;
3) Please include a brief explanation of your need, your eBay ID
and item(s) purchased. I will do my best to accommodate you.
Urgent requests in PayPal "notes", usually go unnoticed
until I process them in a first-in, first-out bases.
*** INTERNATIONAL
SHIPMENTS DUTIES ***
Shipping and handling fees do NOT cover any taxes, duties or
broker fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer. These are
imposed by your government and are paid to them directly. Please
contact your country's postal service or customs department to
determine what those fees may be, and calculate costs
accordingly.
*** INTERNATIONAL
SHIPMENTS GIFTS ***
I will NOT mark packages as Gifts. By law, I must
mark all shipments as merchandise and declare the
actual value of the items. Doing otherwise is a violation of
international regulations and can result in heavy fines.
*** INVENTORY LEVELS ***
I do my *best* to keep inventory on hand and ready to ship.
If there is a problem with product inventory, I will do my best
to notify you so we can make any necessary adjustments. I reserve
the right to offer substitutes, and/or refund payments for
purchases that may be out of stock.
*** FEEDBACK ***
Feedback is left automatically for you when you leave
feedback for me. If you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase(s), please email before leaving neutral or
negative feedback so I can work out a solution. I cannot strive
to fix a problem if I don't know about it. Please communicate
with me through email, not through the feedback system, if you
are not completely happy with your item(s)!
