GENERAL CONDITIONS Warranty and return policy...A written and signed warranty will be provided for high end watches. The warranty is valid 3 years from the date of purchase. It excludes accidental damage resulting from misuse. The warranty pertains only to mechanical problems and defects in craftsmanship and labour. Transport damage must be immediately reported to the shipping company. Unconditional return policy is provided for 12 days from the date of purchase. Should the customer not be satisfied with the item purchased for any reason, he/she may return it in the same condition as received for a full refund including shipping costs. SHIPPING RATE Will be determined according to the weight of the item and type of service requested by the customer. Any number of options are available from the cheapest regular registered post, ems,tnt as well as the most expensive 2 day dhl service at a maximum cost of $80-$100 dollars. Damage caused by shipping can be easily determined and should be reported to the shipping company according to the previously established insurance option. Any obvious mechanical faults will be serviced by the seller. PAYMENT May be made in any number of ways including paypal, regular bank to bank wire transfer for which a significant discount on the item will be applied,in addition i will also accept money orders/cashier's checks, western union or moneygram in brief, payment may be made in a manner convenient to the customer.
