I also offer last name or surname histories, graduation keepsake poems, and personalized poems from several different sources including some that are written by me or by family members. I have written many of my poems, and I have created so many cute keepsakes to display my grandchildren's photo's and the way I feel about them. I want them to always know how much they are loved.
I added personalized cartoons as a fun item. They are so cute and again, people just love them. I have over 400 cartoons, everything from airplanes, bathtubs with the whole family in them, sports, office settings, doctors, lawyers, realtors, children's room, police & firefighters.
I'm probably most proud of my personalized candy bars. They are a true labor of love. It's so nice to be able to give someone 12, 20, 30, 50, 75 or 100 miniature candy bars and each one have a different love saying on them. I have created them for weddings, new babies, graduation, birthdays, showers, business', and mostly just for someone like you to tell someone how much you love them in all different ways. It's really neat when the children come up with the saying themselves for their teacher. Again, I put a lot of time and work in them, each one is hand done, and each one is checked for accuracy and looks professional, check my feedback, especially in February and you'll see how pleased people are with these.
I specialize in wedding and anniversary gifts. Beyond the first names meanings on the beautiful wedding prints with the date below, are again some of my creations. I offer Wedding prayers and Marriage Blessings, personalized with the couple's name and date, and a place to put their wedding photo. Or I have a variety of anniversary poems, again personalized with the names and dates. The 25th wedding anniversary and the 50th wedding anniversary photo poems are great keepsakes to commemorate those milestone anniversaries.

If we make an error and we'll promptly issue you a replacement. If the error is your fault, (for example you give us the wrong spelling of the name) we do ask you to be fair about it and help compensate us for the additional expense to issue a replacement. In most cases it's a charge of $1.00 plus the actual postage which can vary depending on where you live. I work long hours inputting and adjusting listings everytime Ebay makes a change, plus printing, packing and shipping the orders, and make very little profit on these prints. When I have to issue a replacement the profit is gone. If I made the error, it's a lesson to be more careful, and I absorb the loss. If the error is yours please understand and be fair about it. Please give me all the personalization details at one time and don't tell me 3 days later you forgot to give me the wedding date. It most cases it will already be shipped by then. I only ask that you be fair, I want you to be happy and I hope you'll let me know of any problems and give me a chance to work it out. My goal is when the transaction is complete you find me truly deserving of nothing less than positive feedback and 5 stars across the board.

My feedback is my reputation and I wish every ebay buyer would realize how important the feedback they leave is to a seller. Communication makes for great ebay transactions, especially when dealing with personalized products. I will leave you Fabulous Feedback as soon as I know you have received your product and you are happy with your purchase. I will not be held hostage to my feedback. I'm an honest person, I'm a nice person, but I have discovered that there are people out there who want to take advantage of those facts. I've also discovered that are a very few dishonest people and a very few people who are anything but nice. If you are going to be rude and crude to me, and think you will hold me hostage to your unreasobnable demands or leave me bad feedback, then go ahead, I will let you and I will not beg you to remove it. The thousands od satisfied customers should speak volumns over the few not nice, unreasonable and sometimes just downright dishonest people who feel that they can leave me a negative or a neutral to demand I do something. You can rest assured if you leave me a negative or a neutral without even trying to communicate with me first, I am done and I will do nothing for you. Communication must be established, I can't fix it if I don't know it's wrong. In 99% of the cases I keep a copy on my computer of what I have sent you so it's easy to see if I made a mistake, and if I make a mistake I'll gladly upon communication fix it for you, IF you communicate and are nice, not nasty about it. If you curse at me, I am done, period. I will not waste my time or effort if you can't be nice. I treat all people with respect and hope you will do so too. So my slogan is a little differnt now, The customer is alway right, if he or she is NICE! When you look at my feedback and you see the few negatives or neutrals you can be assured they were not deserved. I will normally go out of my way to see that you are happy, i have just learned that there are a very few people who nothing makes them happy, unless they can make people jump thruogh hoops, shouting at them the whole time, then demanding their money back too. Fortunately, those people are few and far between.
