We try to get the best representation of the stone for color and shape but sometimes some are very difficult to get just right. Please write us an email if you feel the picture should be better. Many buyers understand that some facets and other stones may appear differently but new buyers may not undertand that they should look at the stone in different lighting, that facets can have darkened areas, their monitors may show colors differently, etc. Let us know, we would like to hear from you through email.
Please contact us at any time through the ebay "Ask seller a question" with questions or with any issue at all after receiving item(s). Your satisfaction is very important and will leave positive feedback upon your positive feedback. 100% Satisfaction is a must and any refunds requested are honored. If something goes wrong with a transaction, will assume something happened with the system or process but will work with you through complete resolution whether it be a buyer or seller issue. Please ask questions before bidding if unsure as to the item as if you bid more and later decide it is more than an item is worth to you, it was your decision to do so. If an item is not what a buyer wants, please just send back for a refund or replacement when possible. That can still lead to a positive for both as the seller and buyer have professionally handled the issue. Please understand that it costs money to list and when payments are not made, the seller most likely still pays fees and sellers have access to report a Non-Payer, please see ebay's policies in regard to this. To leave negative or neutral feedbacks without attempts to work it out is not proper by either a buyer or a seller unless one or the other was not given the opportunity or refuses to do so. To leave negative or neutral feedback about the product is not fair as refunds are offered and we try to describe the items accurately with good pictures, to do so is also making statements about the supplier from whom the products were purchased.
To leave unfounded feedback can lead to the seller and other sellers who review the comments blocking the buyer from bidding & purchasing at their auctions or store if the statements are perceived as questionable. We don't want to have to report or leave negative or neutral feedback about anyone as this should be a pleasant experience for all. If we have made a mistake in a listing or shipment we will work with you to fix it.
Please understand that we have no control over delayed or lost postal mail but we try to help. We do offer insurance (see invoice after purchase) but many prefer not to for low cost items as 99.9999+% mail goes just fine. When a product is returned, many times the seller will still most likely incur the fees associated with the transaction but would gladly do that than be faced with detrimental feedback. Negative or Neutral feedback can cost a good deal of money to remove and you may be asked to work with a mediator if deemed necessary. There is no reason to leave Neutral or Negative feedback as we will work with you on any issue.
If the product is not what you want we will go out of our way to refund you thus the transaction should be a positive experience for both even if a final sale is not made. If you make a mistake it is not a problem just let us know so we can work together to fix it.
