GREETINGS TO ALL ANTIQUE LOVERS
Hi my name is Susan and I have been in the antiques business professionally since the 80. At that time I worked as an appraisal assistant for Arpad Antiques in Georgetown in Washington DC, and at an exclusive vintage clothing store in Alexandria VA, The Great Gatsby. In the 90 I opened Fantasia Antiques a store in Adams Morgan, Washington DC. I had that location for 6 years and also sold at the famous Georgetown Flea Market concurrently. After my store Fantasia Antiques closed, my business resided at booth space at the Annapolis Antique Gallery in Annapolis Maryland where dealers from all over the country had stopped by to purchase interesting and unusual antiques from me. I also have sold antiques at Dixons Furniture Auction in Crumpton Maryland which is a big antiques clearing house!! --- one of the largest in the country on the eastern shore of Maryland.(auctions are held there every Wednesday); After a short tenure at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery I was employed by Diener Jewelers, Washington DC working with estate sales, auctions, fine jewelry and pawnbrokerage. I was one of the first 6,000 antique dealers to have a web page on the internet, and when I submitted my site to Sam Pennington of Maine Antiques Digest he said that my site has some interesting stuff. I really enjoy traveling and travel extensively internationally, when I travel I am always on the lookout for wonderful new treasures to offer to my clientele.
E-bay has been a boon to me! I have grown my business constantly from year to year and it is now my sole method of selling antiques both domestically and internationally and my sales since opening my e-bay store continue to GROW!. I enjoy listing in my beautiful e-bay store. I love e-bay and am delighted to be part of this community.

 Fantasia Antiques Just as the name implies is pure fantasy, the stuff that dreams are made of. I deal in a wide variety of antiques and collectibles from trash to treasures. I love this product, it is magic, it is wonderful to always be able to hold history in your hands.
Through this new and exciting adventure on e-bay I hope to broaden my range of customer and dealer contacts. It is exciting to sell antiques all over the country and all over the world from Washington, DC.
