SHIPPING:
Shipping is always discreet and our ebay name does not appear anywhere. We ship every day Monday through Friday (Saturday shipping may be available by request only). Please allow 1-5 BUSINESS days to arrive in the US and 5-30 BUSINESS days for International mail to arrive. PLEASE let us know if you need an item by a certain date & we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We request that before you leave us less than positive feedback that you make every effort to allow us to correct the rare problem that might occur. Please if you have a problem contact us before leaving feedback.

PAYMENT:
Paypal, US money orders (sorry we are not able to cash International money orders) and credit cards. We have our own merchant account to directly and securely accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment within 7 days is appreciated.

SIZING:
We take actual measurements of everything we sell so please take the time to check your actual measurements. PLEASE do not go by pants size or bra size, please check actual measurements (they are usually different). Please feel free to contact us if you need help with sizing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We try very hard to take care of you our customers. We have a great customer service department and if you are unhappy with your transaction it is because we are not aware of it.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
Combined shipping is based on shipping weight and mailing address. Hosiery items have a combined shipping chart in each auction. Shoes: add approximately $3 for each additional shoe in the US (International buyers please request a quote). Platform shoes: add $5 for each additional pair. (International buyers please request a quote). Boots: add $6 for each additional pair. (International buyers please request a quote). Shoes or boots with hosiery will add nothing to a few dollars additional depending on the shipping weight and your mailing address.
