Personal use
We encourage unlimited use of our images for personal projects. Craft project templates are for personal use only. Graphic Design/Advertising
Clip art images may be used for promotional materials such as advertising, web design, brochures, flyers, etc. No credit resource is required for use in these types of media.

Commercial Usage

Clip art images may be used for commercial work such as selling retail items (t-shirts, crafts, etc). Production is limited to 100 items of each single image. If production exceeds more than 100 items, a license is required. We offer flat rate licenses based on quantity produced and number of images used from our library. Please contact us for licensing information.

Retail products sold on an internet website/store must include credit for the imagery such as a link or a sidenote in the product description (i.e. image courtesy of FenderskirtsVintage.com).

Images may be used for digital templates (web, eBay, etc.). However, credit for the image must be prominent to the consumer with a hyperlink embedded in the code such as:

Restrictions

Images may not be used to duplicate our tangible products for commercial use. Our designs are copyrighted (decals, stationery, tags, etc). If you are interested in carrying our line of products please contact us for wholesale information.

Digital Scrapbook papers, digital tags and craft project templates are NOT permitted for commercial use. PLEASE NOTE that our images may NOT be used in another clip art resource ( be it website or other media) nor may they be used to be distributed with another collection. Duplicating our compilation CDs is strictly prohibited by law.

Public domain/copyright issues

Some of our images are indeed in the public domain. Some images have been altered to the point where they are owned by Fenderskirts Vintage and are NOT part of the public domain. Nevertheless our "collection" of images is protected by U.S. copyright laws. We can provide proof of ownership of this collection as we possess and archive all of the originals. We do not harvest images from the web nor other parties' collections, be it private or public.

In summary, we did not spend hours of restoration work to have someone copy and distribute our collection. We provide these images as a creative aid for artists/crafters/designers.
