1) item as described

I do my best to describe to the best of my knowledge and English language skills. If you have any queries at all, please feel free to email and contact me. I will verify and answer any questions that you have.

2) communications -

I respond to emails as soon as I get them. If it is a few hours late , it is due to the time difference between Japan with your country's. You will also receive emails acknowleging payments received and shipping information when payment arrives. 

3) shipping time - 

I ship promptly the same day when payment arives. The next day if reaches me during Japan's evening time. Check the package's postal date stamped, if it reaches 7 -14 days later, it is the performance and efficiancy of the Post Office system.

Recommended to use the faster and safer (Express Mail Service) EMS priority airmail which takes 4-7days with online tracking to expediate your parcel. Regular small packet airmail is 10-14 days. The shipping time is the post office efficancy and if subjected to random postal customs inspection, it will take longer than usual . I am not in control of this situation once parcel leaves my hand. 

Please do not give a below 5 ratings as parcels are shipped immediately after payment arrived. When the parcel is late, it is the Post Office's doing. Rating of below 5 equals ratings for the performance of the post office which I am not in control. 

4) shipping and handling charges-

Shipping of item in carton box and envelope to make sure that the item remains the same way as it is before and after it reaches you. Very minimum handling charges are included in the shipping fee to cover the costs of the boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, tapes and transport costs to the Post Office. All shipping costs are in the description of the auction page. Package shipped via your shipping choice of either EMS priority airmail or Regular airmail. I do not ship SAL or surface airmail as it takes more than 30 days.

Attention to all Italy / France eBayers

Many eBay sellers notice that parcels to Italy and France are taking longer than the usual. The EMS priority airmail (4-7 days) and regular airmail (7-14 days) are now taking longer than usual due to stringent postal checks. Random Parcels are held up and subject to Postal Customs Inspection base on applicable law and regulations of respective countries.

I do not know the reason why and I cannot make them sent it faster to you. It is advised that you use the EMS shipping method as it will be a better way to track and trace your parcel online with the tracking number provided to trace where the parcel is. Insured regular airmail has tracking numbers but is not able to track online so it takes more time to track the parcel by  filling up a form at The Japan Post Office and they will fax it to your country's Post Office to trace it. To wait for their answers takes ages. Please note I cannot control or determine how long the parcel will be in holding by your Country's Postal Custom Inspection Office and most parcels are Lost in the Mail due to long period of holding time at your local Post Office.

All parcels to Italy and France please use EMS airmail with Online Tracking numbers. Hope you can understand the problems we are facing with packages to Italy & France. Thank You!
