Here in Southeast Missouri, there are a number of wonderful auctions and estate tag sales, which allows me to find desirable items that would appeal to a wide spectrum of collectors. I have been in the antique & collectible business for close to 20 years and selling online at Ebay since July of 1998. I specialize in estate antiques and collectibles that include fine art, glassware, pottery, china, photographs, books, postcards, magazines, toys, advertising, textiles, metalware, silverplate, vintage clothing & accessories, kitchen items, jewelry, primitives, holiday collectibles, just to give an idea as to the range of merchandise that is available. I believe that communication is important. Questions will be answered promptly, usually within 24 hours. You will be notified when payment has been received, and the expected shipping date. Your purchase will be carefully wrapped and sent to you as quickly as possible after successful completion of payment. My goal is to have a customer who is pleased and will be back to visit.
BUSINESS PROCEDURES
Completing the sale:
When an item is purchased you will receive a notice directly from me with information for successfully completing a transaction. Barring unavoidable emergencies or internet server problems, you should get this notice within 24 hours of the auction ending. However, if a notice is not received within that time period, feel free to contact me directly. You will receive a prompt response. If I am unable to establish contact within 7 days or payment received within 14 days of the day of purchase, I can only assume that the buyer does not intend to complete the transaction. At this point Ebay guidelines of filing an unpaid item dispute is initiated in order to have the listing commission refunded.
Returns:
I attempt to identify and describe items accurately, knowing that vintage items may have areas of wear. If you feel that an item has been misrepresented or a significant flaw has been overlooked, please let me know as soon as you receive your item, so that I can correct the situation. The shipping cost for an item's return is not reimbursed.
Shipping and Handling:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Most items will be sent using US Postal Service Priority Mail except books, which will be sent media rate. I usually state a flat shipping fee or will provide a shipping calculator at the bottom of the listing for heavier items. Multiple items will be packaged together when possible if purchased at the same time. UPS is not used unless the package is too large or too heavy for the US Postal Office.
Insurance:
It is up to the buyer to pay for insurance. Even though I pack well using only foam or bubble wrap, items can get damaged and lost. Insurance is your only protection. I will not compensate for lost or damaged uninsured articles.
Payment:
Personal checks, Money Orders, and major credit cards through PayPal are accepted as payment. Please send payments promptly, and be sure to include item number/description as well as mailing/shipping address. It's amazing how difficult it can be to identify a payment if no address or item description is provided. If you live in the state of Missouri sales tax of 6.225% must be collected unless you provide a copy of your retail sales license with your payment.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
