What Happens With The Transaction Copies?

The Original:
Is shipped with your purchase. This slip only contains your first initial, last name, the last 4 numbers of the credit card and the amount processed.

The Second Copy:
Contains the same information as the original, is attached to your invoice.

The Third Copy:
Is kept securely on file in accordance with the stringent guidlines as set out by the Credit Card Processing Company.

How Long Will My Flag Last?

This is an impossible question to answer accurately. It is like predicting the weather, airborne contamination, and the treatment people will give a flag.

The major enemies of a flag are wind, sun and carelessness. Neither you nor we can control the weather, but you can take care of your flag and lengthen its life. Occasional hand washing in warm water and a  mild detergent and without bleach will help to prevent dirt and pollution from attaching to the fabric. To prevent mildew, let your flag dry thoroughly before storing it.

Have your flag repaired at the first sign of fraying, do not wait for it to be blown to shreds. Continuous day and night display will shorten a flag's life. If your flag is not illuminated at night, you should consider taking it down to lengthen its life.

Our flags are manufactured to give maximum service in return for reasonable care and prudent use. Remember, no two flags receive identical wear.
