After winning an auction or choosing a Buy It Now purchase, you have 2 check-out options:

Select Check-Out Now! to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email confirmation from eBay. Select Checkout only after winning an auction item or completing a 'Buy It Now' purchase.

Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

Our secure checkout will give you the choice to pay via PayPal or Credit Card. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction closing.

Payments are processed in the order in which they are received in our shipping department - most often the day after payment clears. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed within 2 business days.

US Shipping Terms:

We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of cleared payment. These shipments include delivery confirmation only - all orders are insured by us at no extra cost to you. Orders sent via Priority Mail will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days to arrive.

Combined Shipping Offer:

YES - We offer a combined shipping discount to our customers. Upon winning more than one auction, you will automatically receive a shipping discount on each additional item that is paid for and shipped together. PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must use our Checkout payment system ONLY after all auction have been completed, and you pay for all of your winning items together using our Checkout payment system.

International Shipping:

We offer International Shipping on our items to a large number of countries. All International packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition. Returns are NOT permitted on International shipments.

We offer a generous return policy on all items purchased. If item(s) are returned within ten (10) days of purchase date, we will refund your winning bid amount. Used or Opened items are not eligiable for return. You must email us the return tracking information so that we can process your refund in a timely manner. Of course, in the rare circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. Please note: It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have stated in the auction. Requests for substitutes on product won may be accommodated, but must be made prior to completing checkout, and will incur an additional handling fee.

Q: When do you leave feedback for buyers?
A: Flawless Beauty Care's mission is to deliver great product at great prices ...quickly and efficiently. Because of this commitment, and due to the extraordinary number of transactions that we fulfill daily, it is necessary for us to use an automated system to leave feedback for our customers. The system automatically leaves feedback for all customers who have left feedback for us.

Q: How long can I wait to pay for my item?
A: From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have exactly 10 days to complete payment. On the 10th day, we must cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale. Please note: if you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 10 days of your FIRST item being won.

Q: I am bidding on other items - does Flawless Beauty Care offer combined shipping discounts?
A: If you win one item and complete our checkout immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined shipping on subsequent items purchased or won. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Items purchased using the same online ID (ie. ebay user ID) will automatically be consolidated into one checkout "cart" and will apply the combined shipping discount to your order total. Once a checkout has been completed, all subsequent transactions will be added to a new checkout "cart". If you use multiple online ID's, there is no way for us to combine those checkout items. Please remember that you still only have 10 days (from the transaction date) to complete checkout - otherwise all items in your checkout will be canceled, re-posted for sale, and will be submitted as a dispute.

Q: Can I buy this item instead of bidding on it?
A: In each of our auctions, there is a "Looking to Buy It Now?" image. By clicking on this image, you will open a new window displaying all available purchase options for the specific product you were looking at. If there is more than one item in stock, there will be an eBay store item with a Buy It Now available. If the only item available is an auction, it typically means it is the last available for that item - we do not close auctions to accommodate fixed price sales requests.
