Where the Name Came From

The idea of naming my business "Foggypaws" came from the the city I live in, San Francisco, and my Alaskan Malamute, Hoover. We frequently go running, mountain biking, and hiking at the foggy beaches and hills of the Bay Area.  The name Foggypaws grew from there!

I began this business in 2001 while I was unemployed.  After finding full time employment, I kept growing my eBay.com, Half.com, and Amazon.com businesses at night and on the weekends.  After about eighteen months, my "part-time" eBay.com, Half.com, and Amazon.com businesses surpassed my fulltime salary.  A few months later, I resigned from my job and now sell items over the internet as a full time job. 

Now I get to hang out with my dog Hoover all day long!
