Auction and Payment Information:

• Combined S&h is available on multiple wins within a week of each other ( except where noted in the auction) if one payment is made for all wins within the 10 days. If you choose not to make one payment for the auctions, then the full S&h amount is due for each auction. Please request an invoice from me for combined S&H. Combined S&h is not available on Thomas Wooden Railway sets. Betty Lukens items can be combined with other Betty Lukens items and most other felt items.

• Most auctions have a S&h rate listed. Please email me for combined S&h rates or if the S&h is not listed on the auction ad. Email me for international rates.

• I accept Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks or visa/mc over the phone. Personal checks or church checks are not accepted and will be returned. Paypal is the only method available for international buyers.

• If you choose to send a money order,  please allow up to 2 weeks for payments to arrive.  

• Payment is due within 10 days of auctions' closure unless previous arrangements have been made. If payment is not received after 10 days, I will send a non paying bidder alert and then go from there

• I reserve the right to cancel anyone's bid(s) from any of my auctions at any time.

Shipping Information:

• Items shipped from the warehouse take more time to arrive. The time frame for those are listed on the auction ad. Betty Lukens items are shipped directly from Betty Lukens to save you money. Thomas sets are shipped directly from RC2 corp and do take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

• If it is an item I am shipping, I usually ship USPS Priority Mail and or first class. Alternate shipping costs and methods are available by request. My shipping is done through ebay/paypal.  Paypal automatically sends you an email with shipping information when your shipping label is printed.

• I do ship larger packaged UPS. I ship UPS on Fridays only.

• Insurance is extra. For priority mail it is $1.65 per $50 of coverage. I am not responsible for lost, late or damage due to any shipping carrier.

• I usually ship everyday but Wednesday and Friday are my scheduled shipping days, excluding holidays, black out dates or unless otherwise noted in the auction.  If you need a package right away, please email me.  Items that are shipped directly from the warehouse typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please see the individual auctions for times. Items being shipped from the warehouse usually take 1-5 days for order processing and another 5-15 days for shipment and arrival.

Priority mail typically takes 2-5 days to arrive.  

Parcel post and first class typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive.  

Express mail takes 1-3 days to arrive. 

Thomas items shipped from the warehouse take 2-4 weeks to arrive

Betty Lukens items shipped from the warehouse take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Please understand that I have no control over how long your package takes to get to you once it is shipped.  Please plan ahead for special occasions and Holidays especially during the busy season from Nov-Dec. The times above are just estimates based on our experience with shipping carriers and they do not guarantee any times. In the past 6 months, we  have had priority packages take over 2 weeks to arrive and parcel post take over 4 weeks. It is unfortunate to have it happen to you but it does happen.

• All sales are final but we will work with you in the unlikely event there is a problem. Please email me. 

• ALL Wooden Thomas The Tank Engine items made by Learning Curve/RC2 are compatible with Brio. Take alongs are not compatible with the wooden railway. 

• Some items may have price tags on them while others will not. Please ask if you need to know.

Feedback...

Feedback is left 1-4 times a month in bulk for those who have left it for us already. We understand that some people do not like this but it cuts down on time away from our family. If you have not left feedback for us, then do not expect any in return. If you have a problem with your item, please email us before leaving detrimental feedback. Most problems are misunderstanding or can be resolved without damaging reputations.
