On the authenticity of Autographs that of course is NOT "AS IS" For authenticity policies on autographs see below. The condition of the autograph item and related issues are "AS IS" but not the authenticity. Our authenticity on signatures will meet Ebay rules as well as State and Federal Laws.

EBAY FEEDBACK POLICY: We issue positive feedback when you pay and trust you will do the same for us when you receive the item. If for any reason you are not happy, PLEASE follow the ebay rules on feedback and contact us prior to posting a negative comment.

HALF COM FEEDBACK POLICY: Due to the fact the few negative comments we have are mostly from half com users and not experienced Ebay members, we no longer issue feedback until AFTER you have posted positive feedback for us. Buyers need to understand that half com is a site where most dealers, like ourselves, list thousands of books and movies, and this is not the only site which lists the inventory. Unlike the other majors sites for books and movies half com has a very difficult manual program for managing the inventory. If a book sells somewhere else it has to be manually removed, there is no easy daily upload to automatically manage inventory that is compatible with the other sites. Further,  we at times have storage problems with the 50,000 media items we keep in stock for resale, should we experience an inventory error, or damage, we would hope you would have the understanding not to leave a negative comment when we have already  issued an immediate refund and apology to you.  We will determine what type of feedback we will leave after we read what you leave us.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE; We offer optional insurance on every item we sell, if you want it and don't see it or can't figure it out,  you have to email prior to paying.  If you do not buy the insurance and your item is lost or damaged , we are not responsible, you assumed the risk by not paying for it. SPECIFICALLY WITH PHOTOS AND INSURANCE:  We do use a postal approved cardboard stayflat when shipping 8x10 photos , which meets USPS standards for proper packing but if you choose to take the risk of not paying for insurance, then you have done just that, you have taken the risk  If the item is lost in the mail or the mailman rolls your photo up and shoves it into your tiny mailbox, you own that rolled creased photo. If any damage of any kind occurs to your item, even if in the rare case we forget to mark it "do not bend", you still own the item if you do not purchase the optional insurance. We recommend that you do.

About our shipping fees; we do not charge actual postage costs, we charge shipping PLUS handling. The advertised cost you pay is more then just the actual shipping postage amount. The handling fee covers normal business overhead and is added to the cost of the postage. our price is clearly visible prior to bidding and you can decide if you want to pay our S&H fee prior to bidding.  We have no hidden costs, the complete price is listed in the shipping cost section on the auction listing. Do not bid on an item and then ask for a lower shipping fee after you receive the item, if you do not like the shipping and handling fee i will gladly raise the price of the product and lower the shipping fee the choice is yours the cost is the same.

Shipping Discount, we do offer discounts on most multi win orders, to receive the discount you MUST wait to make one payment at the end when you are done bidding on all the items, if you make a payment before you are done bidding it ships out. There isn't any way to hold it and apply the discount to other items not yet paid. If you make a payment, then  the next item you pay for starts at full rate, the only way to get a discount is making one payment at one time for all orders- NO EXCEPTIONS.

Note that on some items we use a stock photo since we have multiples. meaning we take a photo of one item we are selling and use that same photo for each of the multiples, we don't take a photo each time. You may receive an item similar but not identical to what you view.

Cards; Sports Cards, Trading Cards, Hobby Cards, Autograph Cards, we are not card dealers and do not attempt to grade the card in any way, if the ad says you get the exact card in the scan that is what you get, if it says our choice or omits that you get exact card then you must assume it is a stock photo and you get a card of our choice comparable to the scan in the ad, we make no promises of grade or value of card, centering, etc.  All cards are "As Is" and are final sale items, autographed cards are final sale but we do guarantee the authenticity see below policy on autographed items

Autograph Items; Regarding Certificates of Authenticity; we give original COA's from when the items were acquired, since many of the autograph items we sell are over 10 years old , the original company may no longer be in business. This is a non issue, we are the ones backing the product as authentic and we make the money back guarantee. You are buying the item from us, should any problem arise we are the ones you would contact. For example if Upper Deck Authenticated went out of business tomorrow , and next month you had a question on your UDA guarantee, you would be contacting the company you purchased it from NOT UDA. This should be common sense. We back the product ourselves , the backing does not come from a piece of paper issued by a third party , the backing comes from the company where you spend the money. Items are "AS IS" final sale items , however of course the authenticity is guaranteed for life as money back.

Autograph items- We guarantee third party authentication from PSA DNA or GAI meaning that that these professional firms will not find our items a forgery , should a firm find an item of ours a forgery and indicate such in a written report then we will refund. We will with no hassle meet any Ebay standards as well as State and Federal Law in our autograph return policy should any concern arise.

Regarding Photographs that are NOT autographed : To Clarify the wording of "real" 8x10, this is meaning that the photo is not a scan printed at home on copy paper it is from a negative or copy negative printed on photographic paper by a distributor , it does not always mean that the photo is an original first generation. Again, this is referring to unsigned photos NOT signed photos.

Record Disclaimer: We are not record dealers and have no experience grading records, so we are doing the best we can to honestly and accurately describe the condition of the item to you. Reading what more established record dealers state in their descriptions we will adapt into our disclaimer as follows: Most vintage records that have been played will have some minor crackles you hear during playing or possibly some light surface wear or minor light scratches that should not affect play , we will not sell records that are scratched so bad they will skip. Therefore consider the item “AS IS” a final sale item but note our fantastic feedback and understand the item will in fact be honestly and accurately described to the best of our ability and should be what you expected . We are not responsible for postal loss or damage should you not purchase the optional insurance
