Each stacker will be shipped in a wooden crate for protection. Included will be a new battery, charger, and manual. No assembly is required; just charge the stacker and it is ready to go.
Your 30 day parts warranty will be long enough for you to determine that the stacker was manufactured properly. If you encounter any problems, we will stand behind our products by providing you will replacement parts which we stock in our Seattle warehouse. Virtually any industrial service company can handle our equipment, we will be happy to recommend one to you.
Our equipment is manufactured for us in China in an ISO 9001 approved factory and sold under the LiftScience brand name. Many of the designs were originally completed in the US and production moved overseas; most of the major components such as motors, electronics, and controllers are still made in the US and Europe. Youl get the best of both worlds quality components with low cost assembly!
