If you wish to Return a purchased item Please Email us first We can tell you the best way to return a product. PLEASE Do Not Return Items To Us Without Prior approval.
All product must be RETURNED TO US IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT IT WAS SOLD. Please return product to be Shipped back to us INSURED . We refund the Purchase Price of the item only, we do NOT refund Shipping charges.
Product must be returned to us within 7 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF ITEM. AUCTION & ITEM NUMBER and REASON FOR RETURN needs to be included with the Retured Item. If you receive an item BROKEN or never receive it due to Postal Lost contact us and then Contact your Local Post Office for the Claim Form. You sign the form and send it to us. "PLEASE INCLUDE ITEM NUMBER". We DO NOT receive the insurance money, you are PAID DIRECTLY from the Post Office to compensate your loss or damage. You NEED to save the original packing box that the product was shipped in to show to the Post Office.
