Also, I prefer to leave feedback after I receive feedback. I do this because of the personalized items. I encourage anyone to contact me first if there is a problem with an order rather than hastily leave neutral or negative feedback.

Proofs - I do proofs only after I have received payment.

I ship in the mornings, so if you have a rush order it will need to be placed by 8:00pm the night before you'd like it shipped and let me know it is a rush order!
