Why Buy From Us?
That's a great question! Here are four reasons:
1) We only carry 100% Authentic U.S. products
The new and used items we have for sale in our store are the 100% original, authentic products made for release in the United States. You will never find any bootlegs, fakes, cheap imports, etc... in our store.
In fact, our "new, sealed" items are just like the ones you would find in stores like Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, etc..., except a lot of our items are Out Of Print, so you probably couldn't find them in stores anymore.
2) We offer free shipping on most videogames in our store
We now have free shipping for most videogames. The same care and packaging will be used, but now shipping and handling is free for most videogames.
3) Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours; No waiting around
We ship Monday through Saturday. This means that once we receive payment, your item(s) will be shipped out the next day, unless the Post Office is closed (like on a Sunday or holiday). If the Post Office is closed, then we'll ship it out the next day it opens.
There's no waiting around. There's no guessing when your item(s) will shipped. With some of the "other guys", they might wait a couple of days, maybe even a week before they ship your item(s) out.
Note: Please be aware that once we drop off your items at the Post Office to be shipped, we can not control how fast they deliver your items. Estimated delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 days, while estimated delivery time for First Class Mail is 2-5 days. However, there are times when the United States Postal Service took longer then the estimated delivery time, but it rarely happens.
4) Every item we have is in stock right now, and ready to be shipped.
That's right, everything that we list in our store is in stock (and "in hand") right now.
We don't use a warehouse miles away from town. We don't use a drop shipper from another U.S. State that's far from Michigan (where we are located). We don't list items that we don't have "in hand" and then we order them once we receive your order and payment. None of our items are "backordered".
Some of the "other guys" may run out of stock on certain items, either because they have miscounted how many items they have in stock, or they also sell the same items in their local store and they sell out, or for whatever reason.
And then there are some sellers that never have certain items "in stock" yet they list them on ebay and when their items sell, they order them from another online store and then have the item shipped to you. This is why, with some of the "other guys", it could take days, maybe even weeks, before they are able to ship your item(s).
It's simple. If we have the item "in hand" right now, then we will list them in our store. If we don't the item "in hand", then we will not list them.
This is why we are able to go to the Post Office and ship your item(s) quickly. Once we receive payment, we get the item, we package it carefully, then go the Post Office (if its open) the next day.
About Us
Our #1 goal is to provide you with high quality products and ship them to you very quickly.
A lot of the items we sell are videogames, but we also have CDs, DVDs, and toys (Transformers, G.I. Joe, comic book characters, etc...) for sale. All of the things we sell are official U.S. released products, with the occasional exception of Japanese Transformers made by Takara. The majority of our items are brand new, they're the same kind of stuff you'd find at regular retail stores like Target, Best Buy, Toys R'Us, etc...
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
What products do you have for sale/auction?
The majority of the items we sell are videogames, but we also have CDs, DVDs, and toys (Transformers, G.I. Joe, comic book characters, etc...) for sale.
Do you sell videogame consoles?
At this time, we do not have videogame consoles for sale.
Is anything you sell an import? Do you sell imports?
The only imports we sell are Japanese Transformers made by Takara. Everything else we sell are official U.S. released products.
Do you sell copies or bootlegs?
No, we don't sell copies or bootlegs. All of our items are the original official U.S. released products, with the exception of Japanese Transformers made by Takara.
What payment methods do you accept?
We mostly accept paypal now, because of the way the items are listed. We may accepted money orders.
When can I expect my item(s) to be shipped?
Your item(s) will be packaged carefully and shipped within 24-48 hours of us getting payment. We ship Mondays through Fridays, and on most, if not all Saturdays. Of course, we don't ship on Sundays or on holidays.
Is everything you for sale in stock? Are there any items located at a direction location?
Everything we list in our store is "in stock" at our location and is ready to be shipped. Because of this, we are able to package the item and go to the Post Office within 24-48 hours of getting payment.
Why don't you ship on Sundays or on holidays?
We would love ship things everyday. Unfortunately, the Post Office is not open on Sundays and on certain holidays. Be assured that your item(s) will be shipped out the next day the Post Office opens.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We apologize to buyers from outside the U.S. that are interested in our items, but at this time we do not ship outside the U.S.
