If you enter a different shipping address
in our Andale checkout, it will be overwritten by
the address you send with your Paypal payment so be
sure when you send Paypal that you enter the correct
address. This is the only way Paypal offers seller
protection.
We guarantee your satisfaction on all purchases and
offer a complete refund, minus shipping costs, for
returned item(s) (with the exception of CDs which
are non-returnable). Items must be shipped for
return within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must
be shipped back in the packaging they were shipped
out in (or similar).
PLEASE NOTE:
All grading is done carefully under bright
light. As much as we'd love to
listen to records 24 hours a day, it is just not possible.
Please do not assume we have play-tested any
record or CD unless it is mentioned in description.
We normally
ship on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
All US shipments include delivery confirmation at
no additional charge.

note that double albums count as 2 records, and there
may be additional shipping charges for
heavier gatefold sleeves, oversized or odd shaped
items. When using paypal or credit card, combined
shipping rates only apply if one combined payment

1st Class Mail-
1st class mail
is used only for 1 CD or 7" single. Usually
delivered within 2-3 business days from time of
shipment, however this is not guaranteed and actual
delivery time may vary.
Media Mail- Usually
delivered within 7-10 business days from time of
shipment, however this is not guaranteed and actual
delivery time may vary.
Priority
Mail- Usually
delivered within 2-3 business days from time of
shipment, however this is not guaranteed and actual
delivery time may vary. Due to changes and increases
in priority class mail, we will only offer priority
for records by email request. Please email us for
a quote.
All international orders are sent
via DHL Priority Air (1-2 weeks). The US Postal
Service no longer offers surface/economy mail. We
can offer better rates on large orders. Please email
us for a quote!
All orders to Italy or France that are over
$25, and paid via Paypal or Credit card will be
sent insured. The insurance will automatically be
added to the invoice. Minimum insurance fee is $5
