Things You Need to Know When Purchasing Personal Property on the Internet From Us

 We will always endeavor to describe the items as correct and accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot be an expert on everything....................So if you have a question ask before bidding.............

All our items come from estates, store liquidations and new merchandise close-outs and are Sold As Is !

Payment is expected within 7 days of auction closing.

If you need an additional invoice please ask !!!!

I ship 2-3 times a week (sometimes more).............If you need something special or RUSHED PLEASE ASK and we will try to make it happen !.........................

The only exception to shipping is in the event that you buy a large piece of furniture, than you will be responsible for picking it up in Manatee County, Florida or you must arrange for shipping (we do not arrange for large furniture shipping, we will assist.You must pay by PayPal (or cash if picking up in person) for immediate pick-up............payment by echeck must clear our bank before pick-up or shipping.Large furniture transaction must clear our premises within 30 days of auction closing and be paid for within 10days .......................................
All Florida residents must include sales tax on all purchases in Florida.

The USPS (Fed x or UPS) is (are) not perfect..........things do get lost and broken....... If you have made a purchased and it arrives dammaged...........notify me .We require your help of signing paperwork if something is damaged so we can get your money back as quickly as possible (in some cases we will be able to replace) ........Great transactions happen because of great communication....THANKS!!!!!!!!
