1. After the
auction, what do i do next?
When
the auction is complete you will receive a winning bidder notification
via email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete you purchase.
If you are bidding on multiple items, you will receive a wining bidder
notification for each item. Wait until you receive the last notification
and the combined invoice before you follow the given instructions.

Will I be contacted if I win one of your auctions?
Yes,
you will be notified via email with all the necessary information to complete
your purchase. If you have not been contacted within 24 business hours,
please contact us @ sales@gbpetshop.com

When will I receive my feedback?
All our
feedbacks are generated by our automated system. The automated feedback
is not given until the transaction is complete. That means when the item
is paid for, shipped, received, and a positive feedback has been left
for us. If you for some reason do not want to receive a feedback, please
do not leave a feedback for us. If you choose to leave us a negative feedback
before attempting to resolve any problems, we will accept this as final
resolutions to the matter.

Payment
must be received within 7 days of the first auction end.

Packages shipped
to Florida are required by law to add 6.5% sales tax.

Do you offer combined shipping on multiple purchases?
Yes,
we offer combined shipping on all our items.
In order to save on
shipping and combine all you items, please follow these steps...
- Wait until ALL
of your auctions are completed and combined into ONE invoice before you proceed to the checkout
- Once all of your auctions are completed you will receive a new and final
invoice with all your items, and the combined shipping rate.
- If you have not received a combined invoice within 2
business days, please contact us at sales@gbpetshop.com
If you do not follow
the above steps we are unable to combine your invoice, and offer the combined
shipping rate.
Our shipping rate
does not only cover the actually postage. It also cover shipping supplies, warehouse fees, pick up fees, etc... If you do not agree to the shipping charges, please do not bid on our auctions. We are not able to lower our shipping rates.

When will my order be shipped?
If your
item(s) were purchase at an eBay auction your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after full payment has been received. All items purchase from our eBay store (BUY IT NOW) will be shipped within 7-10 business days, due to different vendors and warehouse.
International packages are shipped within 3-5 business days. If you for some reason did not pay the correct amount, we will contact
you for additional payments. Your order can not be shipped until the
correct amount is paid.
We are
closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All payments for orders received during
these days will be shipped on Tuesday the following week.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Return
Policy -
If you for some reason are not satisfy with your purchase refunds are gladly given within 7 days of original delivery date. Shipping costs are not refundable even if your order was purchased with a free shipping offer. If you purchased the items with a free shipping special, the full shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. For all refunds items must be returned in their original package, with all parts. We do not accept returned items that has been used or laundered. Items that have been personalized can NOT be returned. Please contact us a sales@gbpetshop.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). We do not issue credits for unauthorized returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong or defective item -
If you received a wrong item or a defective item, please contact us at sales@gbpetshop.com within 3 days of original delivery date. We will issue a Return Tag for the return of the wrong or defective item. All wrong items or a defective items will be "exchange only".
Guarantee -
G&B's Pet Shop guarantee customer satisfaction with all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We do anything within reason to make everything right for you. If you choose to leave us a negative feedback before attempting to resolve the problem in the above manner, we will accept this as final resolutions to the matter.
