1. Do you combine shipping?

Yes, usually the general rule is that s/h is as is for the item which is more expensive to ship, and additional items have 50% off shipping.

There are a few items that we can't combine shipping for due to the size or shape, but not many.

Also, combined shipping usually works out very well when a buyer purchases more than one of the same item. The combined rate can be figured by going to the shipping and handling section in the listing (towards the bottom of the listing) and inputting your zip code and the quantity you would like.

2. Did you ship my item yet?

I ship about 80% of items within 1 business day. 15% within 2 business days. And 5% within 3 business days.

We print all of our shipping labels through paypal, so you should receive an email from paypal notifying you that a label has been created. Once it's created, we ship the item either that day or the next day. In the paypal email that you receive, it will give you a delivery confirmation number. It will say that you can track the shipment with this number, which is sometimes true, but any tracking info is a courtesy from the usps since the number's true purpose is to provide proof of delivery, in which case, it may not get scanned until it is delivered and in the meantime, it will either say that there is no record of the item or that they have been notified that a label was created.

If you want to check to see if there is tracking info, you can either use the link in the email from paypal stating that the label has been created, or you can go to the listing, click on "view order details" towards the top. From there, you can click on the tracking number.
