Domestic Shipping
We work hard to ship out orders placed with us ASAP. Orders placed before 12:00PM PST Monday - Friday have a very high chance of being shipped out on the same day. Our warehouse is closed over weekends, and so orders placed after 12:00PM PST on Friday's will most likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Our shipments are picked up by shippers in the evening, and so order statuses might not be updated until the next day. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide us with a physical address at the time of purchase. Most items will be shipped with UPS, and tracking numbers are available if requested.We do not have the capacity at the moment to automatically send out tracking numbers. Smaller items will be shipped with USPS. At this time USPS does not provide us with tracking numbers for our packages, however delivery is generally made within 6-10 business days. Please contact us with any issues with shipping so we can work out a resonable resolution.
Unfortunately at this time, we are only able to ship inside the U.S., and to Canada. Please contact us to calculate shipping for international orders. In very rare cases, we can make an exception and ship to other countries, but the choice is ours, and please contact us BEFORE placing your bid. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed going internationally. If we decided that we can ship an item internationally in a specific case, the terms of this are:
- We ship our international orders with USPS, and currently we do not receive tracking numbers for our USPS packages. There will be no way to track a package if we send it.
- We do not accept returns for international orders, due to time and shipping costs.
- Shipping time may be as high as one month, and since we are unable to track the package, we have no option but to wait. No refund can be given for an undelivered package or for the shipping.
- Due to this fact, we will not internationally ship items valued over $50.00.

Due to numerous misunderstandings, frustrated customers, long waits, and due to the diffiulty of refunding them, we are no longer accepting money orders, personal checks, or company checks. Please do not send us a check or money order as a form of paymet, as we will not deposit it, and will only be returned to you.

We can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, but NOT Discover. Please contact us if you wish to pay with your credit card so we can send you our phone number.
Basic Policy
Please contact us within 30 days to return an item. Returns will only be accepted if we are contacted within 30 days!
1. To return or exchange an item, please first write a detailed message to us indicating the problem you have with the product. We will provide you with an RMA number and instruct you with the return or exchange procedure. Please also indicate if you would prefer a replacement item, or a refund.
2. Write the provided RMA number on the shipping package. It MUST NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval. *Any items returned without an RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee for processing, and will be processed at the lowest priority!!!*
3. Returned item must be well packed with protective material to prevent any physical damage. Returned products with physical damage such as scratches due to careless packaging will NOT be refunded or replaced.
4. Enclose original packing slip or a copy of purchase invoice/receipt, and a copy of your conversation messages with our customer service representative in the package.
5. Return products with a reputable carrier (USPS or UPS) to our returns warehouse at:

Keep a tracking record/receipt for yourself. Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
Tech4Geek will NOT accept or take responsibility for products shipped without prior RMA, COD, or freight collected basis. In some rare cases (for larger items), we will issue a "call tag" and the shipper will come to you to pick up the product. In most cases, you will have to take your return to an authorized facility such as a Post Office or a UPS facility or a Mailboxes facility, etc.
Please allow up to fourteen business days after we receive your returned package. Delivery times vary based on shipper selected.No, if you are returning a non-defective product, you MUST pay return shipping fees.
Tech4Geek is NOT responsible for return shipping and insurance cost. We do NOT reimburse any shipping cost for returns if the product is not defective.
If we receive your item, and it is tested by our warehouse to not be defective, there will be a 25% restocking fee for the item.This fee is waivable in certain situations, but in most cases it is not.
Return Criteria
If your return does not match ALL of the criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. Your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. All returns MUST include the following:
Original packaging material such as manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.
Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Original packing slip or copy of invoice.
All accessories and manufacturer documentation within the package.
Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of us sending you an RMA number. If we have not received the item back within 30 days of creating an RMA number, we are unable to process your return.
The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.

Please DO NOT send us multiple messages with the same question, or asking if we have received your previous message, as this will only delay us responding not only to your, but everyone's, question.
