| Thank you for your interest in our
eBay listings!
We are ready to help you in any way we can! Genesys DTP exists for one reason only - to serve and satisfy
our customers with high quality, bulk CD-Recordable and
DVD-Recordable Media. CD/DVD packaging and accessories are also available for your convenience. We list many items. We can help the new eBayer with the eBay process, or provide the advanced eBayer with great deals! Frequently Asked Questions: Q: How do I pay? What payment methods do you accept? A: All eBay listings require immediate payment via Paypal. No other payment method is accepted for eBay listings. Q: I've tried to contact you via e-mail, but get no reply. A: All questions and concerns are answered very quickly, usually within a matter of minutes, and at most within 24 hours, except weekends/holidays. If you've sent an e-mail and have not received a response in a timely manner, please check your spam folder. Due to problems recently with firewalls, spam and domains being blocked, as an alternative, you may also contact us via eBay's messaging system. If you still aren't receiving our reply, or if you believe your message isn't being received by us, you may also post your question/concern on our blog: http://bbs.cartserver.com/bbs/p/3141/index.cgi Q: How much is shipping (continental USA only)? A: Shipping rate is determined via eBay's Shipping Calculator. Enter your zip code into eBay's shipping calculator (located in the 'Shipping and payment details' section), and eBay's shipping calculator will determine shipping rates and available shipping methods to your location. Q: How much is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Possessions? A: Shipping to these locations must be via USPS. If this method of shipping is available for the item your wish to purchase, enter your zip code into eBay's shipping calculator (located in the 'Shipping and payment details' section), and eBay's shipping calculator will determine shipping rates and available shipping methods to your location. Q: How much is shipping (outside USA)? A: Shipping rate is determined via eBay's Shipping Calculator. Select your country from eBay's shipping calculator (located in the 'Shipping and payment details' section), and eBay's shipping calculator will determine shipping rates and available shipping methods to your location. USPS Express Mail and UPS Worldwided Expedited (and UPS Standard Ground to Canada) are now the only shipping methods that we will use, as any of these shipping methods will have online tracking and proof of delivery. Although these shipping methods will have higher shipping costs than other methods, this is the only way we can be protected from lost packages/clams of non-delivery. Due to numerous problems with lost packages and/or long shipping times-in-transit, we will no longer ship via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class Mail International. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and brokerage charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Q: What shipping methods do you use? A: We ship via UPS and USPS only, via the shipping method that you select when making your purchase. Q: I want to buy multiple items from the *same* listing. How much is combined shipping? A: For both domestic and international locations, combined shipping is calculated via ebay's shipping calculator. If available, you'll be allowed to increase the quantity when purchasing. Q: I want to buy multiple items from *different* listings. How much is combined shipping? A: All ebay listings require immediate payment via Paypal. If buying multiple items from different listings, you'll need to pay the full shipping charge for each item. I will refund some shipping charges back to you (upon request in payment details). To determine how much of a refund for items that can be combined, I'll need to know the exact items & quantities that you'll be purchasing, and your shipping address. Q: What is the difference between High-Grade, Pro-Grade and Archival-Grade DVD's? A: High-Grade and Pro-Grade are used to make the distinction between recordable DVD media that has a higher playback rate with stand-alone DVD players. If you'll be playing back DVD video on various DVD players, Pro-Grade DVD media will achieve the best compatibility results. This doesn't mean that High-Grade DVD media won't playback in stand-alone DVD players, only that Pro-Grade media has a better compatibility rate with a higher percentage of players. Additionally, Pro-Grade DVD media are generally manufactured to a higher quality standard than are High-Grade DVD media. Again, this doesn't mean that High-Grade DVD media are bad. For Pro-Grade DVD media, the highest playback compatibility with stand-alone DVD Players will come from, in general, Ritek and Prodisc. Archival-Grade is used to denote media that is to be considered the best that's available, or the top-of-the-line, and will usually come from 'name-brand' manufacturers, such as Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden and MAM-A (Mitsui). Q: When do you leave feedback? A: Feedback is generally left when full payment is made or received. Please do the same for us when you get your package. If you do not see feedback left for you, and we've acknowledged that your payment was received, please e-mail to let us know. Q: Do you charge sales tax? A: If your package is shipping to CONNECTICUT, you must pay sales tax of 6.00% on the TOTAL AMOUNT (TOTAL AMOUNT INCLUDES SHIPPING!). Failure to include sales tax in your payment will result in a delay of your order, until the sales tax has been paid. Sales tax is calculated at the point-of-purchase (our location). Sales tax is NOT collected if shipping outside of Connecticut. Q: Do you offer a guarantee? A: Yes. Every CD-Recordable and DVD-Recordable disc order that we sell is fully guaranteed. If you have a problem (compatibility issue or defect) with your purchase of our high quality CD-Recordable or DVD-Recordable discs, you may return them to us (e-mail first for RA number, please) for a refund (less shipping charges) of the amount of re-sellable discs returned. Discs that are not in re-sellable condition (used, scratched, fingerprints, etc.) will not be credited, and may not be returned. These returns must be received back by us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that not all of the stand-alone dvd players on the market today are capable of playing DVD-Recordable media. DVD-Recordable media are considered to be compatible (and may not be returned) if playback is achieved from the recorder it was recorded on, NOT a stand alone dvd player. If you need to make an exchange/refund (return of unwanted/incorrectly ordered item OR non-media item), you may return any item to us (e-mail first for RA number, please) for a refund (less shipping charges) of the amount of re-sellable items returned. Items that are not in re-sellable condition (used, scratched, etc.) will not be credited, and may not be returned. These returns must be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges/refunds are not allowed after 14 days. Hardware items (recorders, printers) are covered by their factory warranty. We will provide basic support questions for these items. Further support will be directed to the manufacturer. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THESE ITEMS, FOR ANY REASON. |
