Welcome & Thank You!
We wanted to take a moment to thank our loyal and valued customers that we have served over the last few years. To us, our number 1 priority is you, our customers. We say this not in just words, but in action. We communicate in some cases almost instantaneously when questions and or concerns arise. Honest, urgent and consistent communication to our customers we believe lays the foundation for a positive business experience and customer relationship.
Our History & Ethics...
My husband and I have managed large well-known retail establishments for over 20 years. Our experience as managers in dealing with the public has obviously influenced some the way we do business, however by no means is it the main factor that resulted in building and developing our own character and personal integrity to others; not only in a business environment, but on a personal level.
We both grew up in the heartland of America in the states of Kansas and Oklahoma, where we currently reside. For the majority of our younger years we were raised in single family homes while our parents went to work every day to support our basic needs of food and clothing. The point I want to make here is that it was through our parents that we learned that one's honesty, integrity, and character was not measured by one's wealth or lack of it, but the way you lived your life and interacted with others as an individual throughout your life time that would determine your successes or failures. And it was through these experiences that we continue to live and uphold these determining factors.
We as Buyers...
Our history through eBay initially started as buyers, not sellers. The number one issue my husband and I had in dealing with buying on eBay and other sites for that matter, was how long it took to receive what we ordered. Many times we found it took over two weeks and didn't understand why as not only did we pay for the item but we've been in the 'business' of customer satisfaction and retailing. The other issue was there was no communication from the seller from the get-go. We very seldom heard from them, and in most cases never knew when or if an item was shipped without us finally emailing the seller to ask about the status of our purchases. These experiences re-enforced our work ethics and commitment to provide a positive experience with others on eBay.
We as Sellers & Commitment to You...
As sellers it is our belief that we operate to the highest of ethical selling standards. We are committed to you, our customer as providing a positive buying experience and relationship. The bottom line is, we treat and respect others the way we would hope others to do the same. That is, through our own experiences we have a responsibility to commit to you these key selling practices and commitments:
- We, without fail will ship your paid items within 24 hours, period. When you pay us promptly, we will ship promptly.
- We promise to you, timely communication all along the way. We know what it is like to feel left in the dark and not know what to do next if there is anything indeed to do.
- We offer fair prices both on merchandise and shipping cost. We don and won't play games, by lowering the prices just to jack up shipping costs. We charge, in most cases the actual shipping cost, and the few cases that we don, the shipping cost is in the favor of the buyer.
- We have been known to and refunded shipping overages and accidental double payments by our buyers without their realization.
Thank you for your business once again and to all visitors to this web page.
Sincerely, Ginny & John
