My name is Sheila Pamfiloff and I have been on eBay since September 1996. I have been collecting vintage jewelry for more then 30 years with a focus on Vintage Costume, Vintage Mexican Silver Jewelry, and Vintage Studio Modernist Jewelry. THE GLITTER BOX, my on line jewelry shop, was established in 1996.

I've had articles published in many venues, among these are Antique Review Horizons, Antique Trader, Modern Silver Magazine, Vintage Fashion and Costume Jewelry Magazine and an article on Miriam Haskell Jewelry in Morning Glory Jewel Chat Magazine. I'm referenced as a collector, dealer, and resource in numerous books, including Fred Rezazadeh's 'Collectible Silver Jewelry, Bille Hougart's 'The Little Book of Mexican Silver', Phyllis Goddard's 'Spratlingsilver.com', C. Jeanenne Bell's 'Old Jewelry', Carol Prisants 'Antiques Roadshow Collectibles, and Tony Hyman's 'Trash to Treasures'. I have lectured on this subject to various jewelry clubs and organizations and I've been a vintage jewelry evaluator for Eppraisals.com, an on-line appraisal house.

I co-authored a book with Cathy Gordon, released July of 2004, by Schiffer Publications, on Miriam Haskell Jewelry, a comprehensive guide to collecting this fabulous jewelry.

In 2008, I contributed the Mary Kretsinger biography to Marbeth Schon's marvelous book, "Form and Function, American Modernist Jewelry, 1940-1970", by Schiffer Publications.

I've been married for over 40 years and have a son, a daughter, and a huge black lab named Blackie, and I've been blessed with 2 beautiful grandsons!

I live in Walnut Creek, California in a lovely forested garden setting where I drink my coffee every morning, with my deer friends that come to graze in my back yard. They're getting to really like sparkly jewelry! I drive a Silver Chevy van with personalized plates, GLTTRBX, and the locals know me as 'The Jewelry Lady'.
