Established in 1958, Banks Power is the premier producer of
aftermarket power components and systems for pickups, sport utilities and
motorhomes. The company occupies 12 acres on the Banks campus in Azusa,
California. In the Engineering Group, some of the world's best automotive
people work in four aligned areas: Advanced Concepts Engineering, where
high-performance record-smashing showcase vehicles are created; Automotive
Aftermarket Engineering, where Banks' core aftermarket performance
components and systems are developed; Engineering Quality Systems, where

Some companies settle for quick, unrealistically high power numbers
from a simple acceleration dyno test, and then rush their product to sale.
Not Banks. Our products have to prove their mettle in a variety of
sustained tests under grueling conditions. The result: products that
easily stand up to real-world punishment.
Of course, all of the testing in the world wouldn't mean much without
the right equipment to do the job. That's why Banks engineers use
electronic data acquisition equipment that's on par with the apparatus
used by the major auto manufacturers.

Each authorized Banks dealer must meet Banks' high quality
requirements to become, and to remain, authorized, with extensive training
and knowledge of our products. Banks Power strictly controls the
distribution of Banks brand products, and the right to use the Banks name,
or Banks' trademarks, is restricted. Authorized Banks dealers are not
permitted to sell new Banks products via online third-party auction sites,
such as eBay. It is false and misleading for an auction seller to claim to
have "New" Banks products for sale because it suggests that the seller is
a dealer authorized by Banks to sell the product, and it suggests that the
purchaser will receive the full array of Banks support (tech and customer
service) that customers can expect from an authorized dealer. It is false
and misleading to claim that the Banks factory warranty will apply to
products purchased through eBay. Banks warranty is available only to the
consumer who purchases directly from an authorized Banks dealer in a
transaction that is authorized by the Banks Dealer Agreement. The
foregoing claims use the Banks trademarks in a manner to deceive
consumers, and are strictly prohibited.
In addition, Banks Power is the owner of the copyrights in all
pictures, text and graphics on the http://www.bankspower.com/ website. Banks is aware that
unauthorized sellers often promote the sale of Banks products by
unlawfully copying some or all of these protected materials. Again, such
copying is strictly prohibited by federal law, and will not be tolerated
by Banks Power. Auctions that use copyrighted material, images or text, or
imply themselves as an authorized Banks dealer, will be aggressively
pursued and auctions shut down. If your auction was ended early it is more
than likely because of one or more of the above infractions. Banks Power
prides itself in associating with only the finest dealers-ones that are
knowledgeable of our products and have actual physical locations, as
opposed to dropshippers who are only known by an e-mail address. If you
