Hi, I am 100% a GrandmaLouie and live in Canoga Park, California which is in the City of Los Angeles.  I have 3 grandkids who I just adore – ages 10, 5 and 2.  I also have a Border Collie named “Louie”.  When my oldest granddaughter was very little, they would tell her she was going to see “Grandma & Louie”, so I became “Grandma Louie.”

I simply love having a store on eBay and offering my Bits-n-Bobs for sale.  Especially the beautiful & brand new genuine gemstone jewelry!  My husband also has a store so we spend a great deal of time on eBay.  Of course, if I am not here I am babysitting.  I have two sons who are both in law enforcement and therefore work a lot of overtime.  So if you don’t hear from me right away, that’s where I am – chasing after the grandkids!

I have met a lot of wonderful people on eBay and hope to meet a lot more.  Most of you are just fantastic to do business with!! and it’s been a pleasure!!

I feel the customer comes first and will do my best to get your item shipped out to you right away!  If not the same day (if purchased in the morning) or the next, then within 2 business days.  I purchase Delivery Confirmation on all my items and I offer insurance on all my fragile & gemstone items.  I wrap so well for fear of breaking or damage that sometimes I often go over my postage, but I want the item to arrive safely at whatever the expense to me.  Always let me know though if something arrives broken so I can send the insurance claim form to you.  If you have any problems with an item, please email me first before leaving feedback so we can resolve the problem.
