Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We do except returns, and refunds.
Refunds on other merchandise are excepted within 7 days of delivery. And should be repacked and shipped back with every item included with the return. Clothing should be unworn, and with the tags still attached.
Returns on software are only on UNINSTALLED, still sealed software! NO exceptions. Software needs to be complete including manuals, boxes, everything it was shipped with.
This insures us and future buyers that the software remains uninstalled and unregistered!
PLEASE check your system requirements before you open your software!
Canceled orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Cancelations will only be allowed if the merchandise has not yet shipped.

We ship USPS and UPS.
We ship daily except for Sundays and Holidays! MOST orders processed before 12 PM will ship out the same day Monday-Friday! Upgraded shipping available just ask!
Specialty orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship, depending on availability.
