I am a musician and a former Grocery Store manager through which I learned the value of Customer service. I try to find quality items that I can offer at a fair discounted price. I always try to ship within 1-2 business days of payment receipt if not the same day. I try to always communicate with the buyers to let them know exactly know where there transaction stands including tracking information with a notification of shipment. If there is ever a problem, I try to quickly resolve it in a manner that my customer will appreciate. My goal is for all my customers, even for those who for some reason be dissatisfied, to say thank you at the end of our transaction.
