Payments...

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, JCB, money orders, cashier's checks. We do business in a timely manner and expect our buyers to do the same. We expect to be contacted within 3 days of the auction ending so that we can confirm the win and process your order in a timely manner. Payment should be postmarked within 5 business days of the auction end. We should receive payment within 10 days after the auction is over. Timely payment is YOUR responsibility.  If a payment goes beyond a reasonable amount of time after the auction has passed, we will leave negative feedback for late payment or non-payment.

Feedback...

We always leave positive feedback for positive transactions and we will leave appropriate feedback (positive, neutral, or negative) depending on how the transaction works out. We take feedback very seriously and will try to work out all problems via email before giving a negative feedback. PLEASE NOTE, If you don't pay for your auction within 7 days after the auction has ended, we have the right to sell the item to another buyer, file non-paying bidder reports, file final value fee credits through Ebay and leave appropriate feedback for the transaction.

Return Policy...

Your 100% complete satisfaction is always our top priority.  If you are unhappy for any reason with any of our products you may return them for a full, prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  You must receive a return authorization number from our customer service and proof of purchase must accompany returned item.  Return shipping fees excluded.  We cannot accept returns for custom jewelry (your name or initial engraved on the jewelry).  Please email us for your return authorization request.

We are committed to respecting the privacy of our customers. All information gathered by us through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual.. The information will be used only to process and deliver your order in a timely manner.

Your Responsibility as a Buyer...

All of our shipping charges are listed on the auction pages so that a buyer can easily make a payment even if there are problems contacting you via Email. All Ebay users are required to have a working email address registered to their account at all times. All of our contact is done via email. If a payment is late or you have not contacted us, we will NOT phone you. We provide all of our payment information on our auction pages and the About Me page so in the unlikely event we are not able to make contact via email, you will still be able to make your payment on TIME. A bid is a contract and by bidding on our item(s) you are agreeing to our stated auction terms so PLEASE READ and understand them. We will be glad to answer any questions regarding our policies, just ask. Asking after the auction is over may be too late.
