About Us
HGR Industrial Surplus is the largest used industrial surplus showroom in the galaxy! On a weekly basis we BUY & SELL over fifty truckloads of used industrial surplus equipment; from small items we sell by the pound, to large machine tools, all sold at deep discounts. Our 12 acre showroom has over 70,000 items in stock and we sell over 10,000 of them every month! Our motto is We SELL everything and anything you'll ever want!

What We Do
We have outside buyers who search the country for used industrial surplus; we buy this surplus from factories throughout the United States and bring it to our showroom in Euclid, Ohio. From our 12 acre showroom here in Cleveland, we re-sell the equipment at deep discounts to businesses as well as individuals. Our showroom is open to the public Monday through Friday 8:00 an until 5:00 pm. No appointment is ever necessary, please stop by and look around.
How We Price
In our eBay store, our prices are marked on the item so that you know what your cost is. We always make the best effort to price our used industrial surplus at the lowest prices available, however, despite our best efforts, we sometimes make mistakes. If you see an item you like but feel the price is too high, please feel free to make us an offer, we'll do our best to accommodate you. You'll never insult us, so don't be shy.
GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of the date of the order, freight pre-paid, for a full refund.
HGR Industrial Surplus (HGR) sells all products as is. HGR makes no warranty, express or implied, and HGR expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. HGR's sole obligation pursuant to this order is to deliver the goods to the buyer. HGR shall have no other obligation or liability, direct or indirect, of any kind, including liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. Prices are subject to change.
SHIPPING AND PICK UP
All items are available for in store pickup at our Euclid, Ohio showroom Monday thru Friday, 8am – 5pm. Otherwise you have two shipping options; freight or UPS. Usually items will be ready to ship the following business day after payment has been received.
UPS
If the item will ship UPS, we will professionally package the item using insta-foam packaging and pre-approved weight appropriate boxes. Insurance is NOT standard, but will be added at buyer’s expense. Payments can be made either on a UPS account, sent collect, or may be pre-paid. Exact shipping costs will not be known until the item is paid for and prepared for shipping. Due to the costs of labor and supplies, only estimates will be given prior to payment.
FREIGHT
Items that are shipped freight will be palletized, banded and shrink wrapped. We do not offer crating. If you require this, you will need to contact a third party crating company, we can recommend local companies upon request. Items that are oversized may require longer preparation times. Rate quotes are given as estimates only, please remember pricing changes very frequent with the cost of fuel. Any pricing will be given with our current discount with the carrier. If you or the location the item is being delivered, has any discount (tariff) with the carrier, your discount will supersede ours. We are not liable for changes in class or damage done to items during freight. ALL FREIGHT IS SENT OUT FREIGHT COLLECT OR ON ACCOUNT. We can NOT set up pre-paid shipments. If you require this service, you must set up the shipping and provide us with a BOL (Bill of Lading) one business day prior to pick up. Please remember, our freight pick up times are from 1pm – 3pm Monday thru Friday.
COST
In order to provide this professional service, we must charge all items a handling charge of $14.99.
TAXES
We charge tax in the following states: Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. We have employees in these states so we are required to charge taxes. If you are tax exempt, we require you to fax or email a copy of your tax exempt blanket statment from the state. Our fax number is 216-486-4779.
